what is this one saying

I approached the nddc ward today and the official I meet appear to be irresolute, and he referred me to the student affairs to find out more info about the names that have been designated for NNDC bed allocation after he assessed my payment maintainance slip and was contented with my unrepudiative data. So I went to student affairs and descryed of the unavailability of any form of related info.

How can Uniben make such a repellent mistake of botchy allotments?

Will they reimburse the copious surcharge of 25,000 formally remitted for maintainance fee?

I also visited Hall 3 today and saw that my name wasn't outlined alongside other alumnis that were allocated to the ward. The list was pasted on the wall at the entrance.

some 'mistakes' are indubitably evitable!

It will be altruistic of you if you attempt to rescind the deplorable act of indoctrinating the public with such mendacious averment.
