Well its a bit harmonisation cum liasoning kind of functioning among the 3 tiers of government so to say. Ie Federal, state and local government partnership kind of involvement with the sole aim of a better government to citizen service delivery. So going by omoalhajayezz's training as a public administrator as per his first experience, I decided to nominate him for your appendage.
Talking about expanding the interior ministry headed by Yanabasee, I guess the NYSC, Civil Defence, Police, Immigration, Road safety, Forest Guards and a host of other parastatals are already too much for his office

yes Mr Sambest2 is indirectly telling you that notwithstanding any other guide you shall be having, still find time to visit your skul since NYSC is erratic these days as it has underwent a 3-phase change in its mobilization operation as witnessed by Batch C 2014, Batch A 2015 and Batch B 2015. So there 'could' still be changes with Batch A 2016 and skuls NYSC department/ Student Affairs Office do always have tips and helps to render. Better still tweet @nysc_ng and ask whatever details you so desired.

1. NYSC has not release its official TT
2. NYSC has not requested for any list from any school whatsoever (what schools have been doing is to get their graduating list ready for convocation and as well ready for NYSC mobilization when the time is ripe)
3.NYSC will inform various DSAs of all schools of when to start submitting their PCMs list.
In the meantime, the current stream I of 2015 batch B will be leaving camp on Monday and stream II will be entering by NOV 25. We're moving closer to our own day as CMs day by day!
