In Hausa culture there is a sense of more joy whenever more than one wedding takes place, especially if it involves siblings. some times weddings in a family are delayed or shifted earlier in order to have multiple weddings at the same time. Last year we had 4 weddings of my nieces hold at the same time and place, it was amazing!
