well from the lil i know mr. olu, the bill should be out on or before that 16th coz the sch will definitely give instructions on how to go about the online reg.
and yea,reg is supposed to start on the 16th according to the sch calender except otherwise.
admission for freshers can be retracted if you didnt pay the acceptance fee within the stipulated period of time.
