Enugu was the the capital of eastern Nigeria and you would have expected that enugu should be competing with kano, calabar or PH as the leader of eastern Nigeria, but without being bias, I would say anambra is the leading light of eastern Nigeria.. 3)Why calculate and mischievously term the uncompleted projects handed over as debts incurred for your administration...Did allocation to continue such projects stop coming after Obi left office?
