The best you can do is to take your qsat 11g to a specialist to change the chip and insert that of 26g for you. Then update with powervu enabled software for 26g and you are good to go. It costs around 1k to 1.5k in naira to change the chip and your q11g will become q26g. Not many people know this.

Chinedu you just made my day with this post. I have a faulty q11 which I believe the issue is with the chip. I will contact you to help get one for me as soon as I am back to base.

The chip is found in the middle of the mother board of the Decorder. The chip is like a processor/hard drive put together, it houses the software of the Decorder. I can't show you pictures because I don't have one available now to show you. I suggest you look for qsat decoder expert technician to do that for you but if you are in Onitsha or Asaba, I can give you phone number for whom to contact for that.
