who said so? Which tribe in SS Here can challenge we Aniomas in Achievements?
The raw truth is that Ijaw will colonize the ND Republic. I know their behaviour very well.

It's high time you Igbos in the SS pushed back on Ijaw expansionism. You guys can't allow that to keep going on. Ijaws are merely 3 million people.

One Ijaw had the effrontery to go on a national daily and categorically state that there are no Igbos in the SS.
I think this is a joke taken too far.

You guys should be at the forefront in denouncing Niger Delta or whatever the Ijaw uses in their schemes.

Another one here said they would drive Oyigbo people back to Abia State thinking they have completely confused Ikwerre people with only Oyigbo as an obstacle to claim Rivers State as Ijaw territory.

U do not represent the niger delta in any way and u MUST stop making enemies for our children. U r deluded if u think d igbos need u. No, u need them more dan dey need u. And how many Hausas and fulani soldiers were killed by Biafrans? grin

How many Northerners are being "suyanized" by Boko on daily basis even as we speak? grin

Are northerners no longer the dreads of the Nigerian society, highest poverty rate, highest child mortality rate, highest level of illiteracy, extreme hunger and poverty everywhere in the North?
Is the North not turning to dessert? Have you not heard that the Sahara desert is fast expanding towards the North grin
What is power if it doesn't help you lift your people from hunger and poverty? Except ofcourse if the power wasn't yours, you are mere pupettes in the hands of the British and the west. Have you forgotten what happened to your silly leader Mutala Muhammad when he thought he had any power? He was reminded of his stooge status by the Western powers that made him.
How many useless Northerners are being lined up and shot by Boko as we speak?

Funny how you and Ibos like shifting the goal post! I just destroyed the argument of what happened in Odi and this is your retort? No, this is totally out of scope of the argument but if you insist, then fine Ibos might have scored killings of federal troops but that pales in comparison to more than 3 M Ibos wiped out during the war! Now you think that is an unfair comparison but this point will stand since you totally goal post and this point does the same. Not only were 3M Ibos suyanized as you said but not many sides in a war have lost so many people in a mere 2 years 6 months and 9 days, meaning Ibos are totally war incompetent! If the desertification of the North excited you, well there are several NGOs working to remediate that and slow down desertification but in your hurry to gloat, you did not realize that Dubai is / once a huge desert but today, your Ibos are dying just to reach that desert, so will be the North of Nigeria as soon as Nigeria and northern governors get their act right. However, fully erosion is far worse and a bigger menace where the land just disappears from under you, how will Ibos fight that? You are gloating over others but do not realize your worse situation! How many NGOs are fighting against gully erosion compared with desertification? How will the useless red earth become agriculturally viable like the lands in the North? You should realize Ibos need Nigeria more than Nigeria needs Ibos and that the way you people are going, you've signed yourselves to perpetual 5th class citizens and perpetual slavery!

Why are you Ijaws and Edoids scared of seeing all Igbo speaking people unite?

Why can't you just name this thread Edoid/ Ijaws commonwealth thread, if you do that and you see me comment here, as long as you don't go on land grabbing of Igbo speaking lands, then may I die tomorrow.

For all the Igbophobic comments Yorubas Post on their Yoruba commonwealth thread, you will not see me comment there, not in this life. Because none of what they comment there affects the territorial integrity of the Igbo speaking nation.

But this thread seeks to do just that. Isolate Igbo speaking territories in SS from Ndiigbo in SE by painting Ndiigbo in SE as monsters hell bent on grabbing their oil and land, then unite them in a phantom region where the Edoids and Ijaws become outright majority.

Ndiigbo in SE will not let that happen. Not in this life.

I maintain that the 13% derivation be scrapped.
This will be in line with the wishes of Northerners that own the oil.

Political correctness by the Igbo has to stop!
We should not be helpful to a bunch of common house thieves because they are the worst backstabers in Nigeria.
What benefits the SE should be our driving principle.
We MUST try and maximise the gains of 'awa oyel' until it runs dry.

You don't kill a corpse you will also contribute for its burial, it's counterproductive.

Are you now saying we have Igbos in SE only? If you rush to help scrap the 13% derivation, you affect the Igbo speaking communities in Rivers and Delta that have been benefiting from it.

You wouldn't be helping Asaba as a capital city with Ifeanyi Okowa as a governor and PH as a city with Wike as a governor, if you start campaigning for a cause that will result in decreased fund for them to develop those two cities Ndiigbo have big presence in.

The only way SE will be seen campaigning against 13% derivation is if we have finally accepted the falsehood that Igboland started and ended in SE.
SE Ndiigbo wouldn't be endearing ourselves before our Delta and Rivers Igbos who are well represented in Ohanaeze, if we are seen championing for a cause that will rob them of the proceeds from their crude oil in this harsh economic climate. We will only end up alienating them further, and this will not be helpful in our long term vision of uniting all Igbo speaking people under one region.

Let the 13% derivation be, it's to our advantage that it exists, We are doing just fine even with the 13% there, our region is the nearest to those13% states, any excess money they get always end up trickling back to us indirectly, let the North worry about the 13% ish, Ondo is benefiting from it too, so I don't see the Yorubas opposing it any time soon.
