Change2015: My brother, pls visit ordinary Jamaica. You cannot see a single road built there without sidewalks and covered drains. Even in rural areas!! So long as it's a populated area, it must have those facilities. Yet their biggest exports are bananas and sensii.....! Kingston, Jamaica. This is not even a rich area o! Trut: Yeah, sullivan did a very fantastic job in terms of road construction there in Enugu metropolis. Problem is maintenance, last I visited, some of the roads are getting pretty bad, i hope the new government will look into them, Sullivan left a legacy. 1 Like |

Trut:Mehhn those contractors are very lazy...Imagine that Umungasi market,those drainages that has been under construction for the past 4-5 months now won't be allowing good trade there. oya check Abayi-Osisioma close to covenant polytechnic, due to the rate motorist ply that road,they should even work day and night self ......OVI will be better than TAO shaa though I'm not a fan! |
