I work in a place where my closing time is supposed to be 4:00pm, but most times I finish my job for the day at 2:00pm. Now am asking is it right to always tell my boss before leaving or stay around and do things that is not part of my job schedule. I am thinking of just quitely leaving anytime I am done with my job even if I finish before my closing time. Pls advise.

Its not pretty advisable to leave b4 ur stipulated close time, u can as well occupy ursef with frivolties or anytin dat can be of help to ur employer, ur вσѕѕ will pretty much appreciate u for that. Nonetheless, if u wanna close early u need to inform ur вσѕѕ to see if he's ok with it. Peace

Its wrong for you leave office before closing time whether you through with your work or not, at least you must notify your boss if you must leave. If not, youre breaking your agreement,

Its no advisable to leave, some employers use it as a test on you just occupy yourself till your closing time.
