Again you show your foolishness in your contradiction

Actually u are the one that has chosen the path of ediocy

Being commercial it is designed to be cheaper that is why the figure pasted should be higher with a luxury jet like NGR 001.

Oponu, this sound vague and has no basis whatsoever considering the fact that the entire cost that includes operating cost is being considered here. So many variants a commercial airline consume that the PAF doesn't. More load, more fuel. PAF carries far less load etc

And if you must know, not all the pilots on the presidential fleet are drawn from the airforce
There are also some civilian pilots on their pay roll.

Fool, go back to my post I said most not all. Besides what gives u the impression that those paid by govt will be far more paid than those of commercial business jets?

Foolish fool go and find another foolish response

Fool

Can't u see that u are the foolish one here comparing commercial jets to the ones in PAF. Succks to be u.

Oponu omo ale.

Commercial airlines also carry far more load than these planes, Av u considered it's effect on fuel consumption?
There are far more greater financial variants that commercial airlines are subjected to has detailed earlier than the navigational Crap u are putting up now? Na for every flight u go service navigation system? U sound really daft.
The bottom line is its plain foolish and eediotic to compare the cost of operation of commercial airlines meant for profit to a PAF. Does PAF pay tax? To who?

You remain a fool.

A luxury jet like the NGR001 compensates for less load with more faster powerful engines that commercial operators dare not utilise

Also, fool, you must know that commercial jets try to cut weight in furnishing.

A luxury jet like the 737 NGR001 can tip the take off weight of a commercial jet on furnishing alone.

Their fuel capacities are also designed to be larger in cases of emergency and for the powerful engines that provide longer endurance leading to greater flight range. This also adds to the overall weight of the aircraft.

As for NAV Aids, these are precision equipment that can not be compromised.

Cost of maintaining and recalibration are done regularly to ensure optimum safety.

This after all is not big Joe transport that you are used to.

Fool, pending when u know the full details of these planes in question especially as regards the engines built in them. u can't say all these with all certainty. Even at that it still reinstate my stance that it's only a fool that will compare commercial airlines with PAF.
Besides fool, u were silent about agencies payment, ground services cost and other payment commercial airlines are subjected to in relation to what PAF pays if at all they pay anything.

Fool. The issue here is what's the frequency of these checks and cost implications let's say in comparison with tax of owning one jet privately?

As I have told you, this is not big Joe transport.

A presidential jet cost more to procure and operate. Even the pilots are paid higher than their civilian counterparts.

They are expected to have greater endurance with longer range than a commercial airliner.

How can these perks make them cheaper to operate than a cheaper commercial varriant?

That is like comparing a Bentley to a Toyota Hiace bus. Because the Bentley carries less passengers doesn't make it cheaper than a big Joe bus you are used to.

I have stated reasons not for your foolish brain since you are not capable of grasping what I am stating but for others with discerning minds.

Below are the verifiable facts as against shameless lies fools want to shove down our throats.

According to him, this includes releases for personnel cost, overhead and capital expenditure out of the N5,190,381,386.00 appropriated for PAF in the 2015 budget.

Jonah-daft budgeted the above for the entire fleet this year.

Based on documents he said he requested from the Operational Office of the Presidential Fleet after his attention was drawn to the speculative report, the Presidential spokesperson pointed out that N2.3 billion was released to the Presidential Air Fleet by the office of the Accountant General of the Federation between May and November 2015.

Above have been spent so far as against over 6 billion fools still claiming based on a speculative report and commercial airlines operations. When will these fools learn?

Fool, as against the thievery source Jonah-daft and his cronies tured the PAF into, the General will do what is best for this country as regards these planes. Seriously, we shouldn't even be paying this much for these planes if Jonah-daft hasn't in his daft state bought new set of planes. Am sure the bastard made that decision after several jars of kaikai.
Personally, I call on the General to sell off 4 planes from the 10. 6 planes is more than enough for the fleet.

lol, this government will run out of lies soon, so its only 2.3billion that was used to maintain all these jets on the presidential fleet..?? They should tell us the real cost joor,, we're not idio.ts.

You people must really be leading pathetic lives, a newspaper report speculated how much could have been spent in 6 months based on normal cost of running a commercial airline on daily basis and arrived at an estimate (not confirmed cost) of 5.8 Billion naira. You all say the cost is too much and this is no the change you voted for.
Now the presidency released a report that since the new government started just over 5 months ago is has expended 2.3 Billion on the PAF (considering they don't fly all the aircraft everyday) and you come to say it's too small.

The question is what do you really want? You have just exposed yourselves that you lack objectivity and will wail no matter what the government does.
