Oh that's for sure cool

byrron:

The Judiciary has the final say on this issue and not the DSS nor the President that wants him arrested, that is the beauty of constitutional democracy.

But Ameachi can get out from his while Dasuki can't! Nigerians and double standard.
Was Amaechi ever charged to court?

Stop crying of double standards every time. It's an over used strategy.

The president has a constitutional right to order anyone to be arrested especially when it bothers on sabotaging the nation's security. The only thing is he must be charged to court within 48hours thereafter.
Let PDP/Mettuh/Fayose get their mouths sharpen to condemn the president, nothing will happen.

You are saying what the president can do and I am informing u that the judiciary has the final say- are u disputing that fact as well?

Lolz empty noise making, we heard it several times from the likes of Oshiomhole!! Buhari has nothing on Dasuki as the kangaroo panel only had to come up with something because of the court's order that Dasuki should travel abroad for medical care!!!
Why are you so much in a hurry? You must think it's a day's job to compile all evidences for successful prosecution of offences of this magnitude.

I ask again, if Dasuki's case is not for corruption, what's the reason then?
For being one of those who arrested PMB in 1985?

Only kids reason like that if that's your insinuation because PMB would not have been able to sit side by side wirh IBB who was the mastermind of the coup.
So, give us another reason.

Was the letter of invitation from the panel to dasuki from the court? Is buhari's order to arrest dasuki from the court?

Its obvious u are ignorant of the fact that the letter of invitation to dasuki isn't from the court just like the panel of inquiry which ameachi refused to honour.

Ameachi produced a panel report that FAILED to indict him, which was different from what was contained in Wike's white paper.

He said this in public, on live tv, in the hallowed senate chambers and offered to tender the panels report before the SP which was declined.

If Ameachis defense was false, then the PDP and all her senators are FOOLS to have kept quiet.

Dasuki should show us the helicopters and tanks that were recorded as purchased, and he will get the same Ameachi treatment.

GEJ even admitted he didn't know about most of these sabotaging under him.
And there may not be any need to embarrass a past president if he had not deliberately participated in the looting.
GEJ only deserves pity because he was given a job which was clearly above him and beyond his capacity.

How am I a coward?

You lack capacity for comprehension.

I repeat, the president has constitutional power to order arrest of saboteurs of our securiry based on evidence before him. It's only after that the accused must be charged for his offences.

With your pseudo- high level of comprehension, you still find it difficult to comprehend and acknowledged the fact that the judiciary has the final say on this issue despite the fact that i never contested with you on the presidential powers to demand for someones arrest?

You are the one with a deflated comprehension capabilities here man.

Rawani:
That this man is still making noise despite the heavy revelations against him, underlines the impunity he was accustomed to under the past FG.

N643.8 Billion and $2.1 Billion collected for arms purchases....

513 arms supply contracts awarded at $8.3 Billion...53 FAILED contracts worth $2.3 Billion and N13.7 Billion in local currency.

The ironic and annoying fact is that currency spent on failed contracts was more than double the $1bn loan that the National Assembly approved for borrowing to fight the insurgency in the North East.

...and the final shocker....

Between March 2012 and March 2015, Dasuki awarded fictitious and phantom contracts to the tune of N2.2 Billion, $1.6 Billion and €9.9 million. The contracts which were said to be for the purchase of 4 Alpha Jets, 12 helicopters, bombs and ammunition were not executed and the equipment were never supplied to the Nigerian Air Force, neither are they in its inventory.

Finished? No Wait.

It was discovered that the former NSA directed the Central Bank of Nigeria to transfer the sum of $132 Million and €9.9 Million to the accounts of Societe D’equipmente Internationaux in West Africa, United Kingdom and United States of America for un-ascertained purposes, without any contract documents to explain the transactions.

All this while, hundreds of thousands of innocent Nigerians were being shot, slaughtered, raped, tortured and buried because of THE HEARTLESSNESS AND GREED OF GEJ AND HIS CABAL with Dasuki as the chief strategist and finance mobilizer.

**
Now we know why the fight against BH lacked poiltical will and was sabotaged...

Now we know why a crashed military plane in Sambisa was found filled with dollars....

Now we know why our UN renowned soldiers were running from the terrorists out of frustration...

Yet some elements wanted the FG to gullibly and naively let this terrorist escape, despite him declining invitation to face the arms probe panel.

Congratulations Nigeria, the tentative chief facilitator and financier of Boko Haram has been nabbed.

The issue is not about letter or no letter as it stands. Dasuki is not superior to the DSS which is a legal entity in its own right. Hence, he should have collected the letter.

Well he didn't, and the President wants him arrested.

The bone of contention is why not drop the letter with his staff as he asked them to, why insist that he must collect it personally? What's their motive? It is glaring that Dasuki didn't refuse the letter but rather they refused to drop it. It is expected that a person of Dasuki's status should have PAs and others working for him who handles anything document.

The officers were clearly following orders to serve the respondent with the summon. The fact remains that Dasuki is not superior to the Directorate or its instructions. He knew better.

There were various contracts denominated in different currencies. What you quoted were different failed contracts, one in USD and the other in NGN.

I'll pardon your insult.
