In the pictures I don't see any military man being arrested, I am only seeing LASTMA officials blocking the military vehicle on the BRT lane n some overzealous LASTMA officials snapping photos and taking selfie... until I see a picture of Lastma officials towing the military men's vehicle to LASTMA office or the military men going to pay 20,000 Naira fine at LASTMA office before I believe ur story .
Don't be surprised if u hear of soldiers flogging LASTMA officials in different part of Lagos this week.
