Yes I got success mail and invite for test on Saturday. But I don't know if it's worth the travelling and permission from my workplace. Is this a full time or contract job?

Also got a success mail here in PH, to go for a paper based interview on Saturday and they also informed me that I should prepare go to Lagos by next week for an interview with the bank if I pass this Saturday test. Please does anyone have any tangible info on if this is recruitment is on contract basis and on workforce entirely because I can't jet out from PH to Lagos probably for a job interview that may not be all that okay in terms of pay, will it be worth it? Am currently employed but with low remuneration.

Fear not, it's a graduate trainee recruitment so it's not a contract job. For the name of the bank and pay I think that shouldn't occupy your mind for now, once you pass the second stage it would surely be revealed. concentrate on your test first boss and other worries would be solved....... Success to us all

Hello, those that had issues writing the online test. For instance, laptop going off in between the test or disappointing UPS. Got any success mail yet?

Is like workforce no get centre for kano cos I m yet to see anyone who got success mail and is schedule for pbt there.

Aii bro. Am not afraid tho, just that when i saw the mail this yesterday, my brain went hyperactive over issues like cost of going to Lag from PH with this present economic condition , how to take take permission from work, etc and if will be worth the stress at the end.
Thank God for the opportunity tho, and success is already assured for us all already, that's why am already looking beyond the paper based test already.

I don't have an idea, however i will make sure I find out before then. I plan on going early on Saturday.

I've not gotten any mail...either success or otherwise.... what can be wrong??

firstly,why isn't the bank they are recruiting for not mentioned?

Secondly,the success mail is just dam too much,even those who actually wrote nonsense in the test,still were giving success mail..what's up with that?

All this doesn't add up to me...

The same thing with me although mine is 10:30, I later got two emails notifying of the change, but I never received the call.

What do you mean by those that actually wrote nonsense got a success mail.....Did you actually write nonsense??...for the bank I think workforce would not breach confidentiality if they were actually instructed to do so by the bank....

Loool. When did 'Top bank' = Microfinance bank? And which microfinance bank will have enough funds to outsource their HR function and request candidates from all regions?

Let me just put it out here, workforce is known to recruit for sterling bank and this may just be it. Emphasis on 'may just be it'

do you think employing workforce to screen candidates na beans? A screening of this magnitude costs a lot if you don't know. Most bank screen candidates themselves if it's just a contract position like UBA is doing presently and it is to cut cost. Even kpMg uses the technique to save cost. Now you are talking about 1st nd 2nd screening for micro....wetin.....micro finance never bath....and the guy wey say many ppl dey get success mail, I no knw whether you be bad belle. Sha see the next test b4 you begin add up....you guys dey belittle workforce...I am laffin in orijin......Workforce is more expensive compared to dragnet if you no know...and they handle big manufacturing companies like NB, NBC, FrieslandCamp. etc no underestimate yet

hello guys chill, this is graduate trainee and its all over the country, if you think a lot of people got success mail after the next phase you will realise that that workforce questions are really top notch. so for now take a chill pill and prepare well for the next PBT and stop worrying about the bank am pretty sure it's one of the top commercial banks in the country. Believe me a lot of people will really be heart broken after the next phase. So again I say prepare really well!!! Gracias
