Its a fact.

If you go to an organisation like Shell Petroleum ..or say GTB/Zenith bank .... compared with say Ministry of WorKs or Min. of Education or even Finance.

Compare the number of "First class and Second Class Upper GRADUATES in these private sector organisations, with that of the Civil Service Min. of Works and you would get the picture.

Its not a case of trying to put them down.
Even the "PAY" is an indication of where the BRAINS are! grin grin grin
