Okay i need to make somes issues clear here. Because many of you are surprise or having some issues with some statement I have made. Well I don't blame you at all, I have been around many African that when there aren't able to achieve something on they own all they can do is complaint.
And I also know when it come to issue of fraud and corruption Cameroon is Nigeria petit frere.
For some of you, YES I'm Cameroonian and I'm proud @ Mr Eke40Seven,
I did my under Graduate in South Africa @ University of Pretoria and my average percentage was 92.5/100. And if some of you are having doubt well I don't blame you only God know what I'm saying is true. And if you want I can give you my fullname in private msg so that you can google my name I'm sure you will find somes of the paper that I wrote during my undergrad, and also price that I won during my curriculum. Or more. I can take a pic of my degree, my academic record with the graduation book with name and you will see where they mentioned I graduate Suma Cum laude, and before I forgot I won't the dean medal.
Well Mrs Crowns2, you can continue laughing and please don't laugh till you break your bed.
I guess it was because of my scientific publication and also achievement that I was offer a Hiwi position with Max Planck Solid state Institute.
Mr Kosplatean I hope I answer your question.

Please anyone coming to stuttgart this summer make sure you secure accommodation, I found a really good Nigerian guy who's working at the Studentwerk who help me secure accommodation since I didn't apply online, as my first choice was Magderbug. So I think if you are struggling he might also be of great help I will ask him about giving his email to student struggling with accommodation.
And I did answer all the email that I recieved, and will keep answering them to the best of my knowlegde.
Best Regards

I find this post very offensive and annoying. That a Nigerian secured a room in the studentenwohnheim for you when you did not apply. I think you discredit nigeria with this post because we all know it is not done. Even when it did happened, you call us fraudsters with this post. I do not have anything to say about you acclaimed successes because you can say what ever rubbish you like. What I wont accept is discrediting Nigerians here.
What even brought you to a forum like this in the first place? People who come here have either been here during their application or are presently sourcing for information on how to process theirs. If you are already schooling in Deutschland, what are you looking for here, if you are not fraudulent.?

Lol don't get me wrong bro, the reason i am more friendly and willing to help Nigerians national, Its bcz all the difficult situation i found myself into, most people willing to help at that moment were Nigerians and that's why I am taking my time to help other people in this thread.
The Nigerian Sir who help me at studentenwohnheim it is an amazing guy, and i was with him at Church yesterday and i told him about this thread and our struggle to get accommodation, and I am sure in the nearest future he will also sign up and help other with his own personal experience since he have been here for more than 10 years.
The reason he was eager to help it because my course coordinator also did send a letter to his boss.
Anyway i don't see why i have to explain myself all the time. Hence, people coming to Stuttgart I will be really happy to assist to the best of my capacity in most part of your journey.
So what is offensive and annoying here, anway I guess all i am doing it what they called the Ubuntu spirit back in SA

I live in the S/S and would really hate to have to go to Lagos more than once for account opening form signing and submission.
Is it possible to do the stated without having to travel twice?

Answer in details, do I need to get some document from embassy or not apart fron visa rejection
Go to Deutsche Bank website and download the account closing form, fill and take this to the embassy with the necessary documents. The rest of the details are on DB website and you can also check their FAQ link too.

Thanks for your info, I already book for a stay in a hostel. Any idea on how to secure a permanent accommodation. Yes indeed some Nigerians dey fall hand oo, last time that I visited I met some of them in Berlin, the worst part of it is that police hardly arrest them, I ask a German why is it that police is not arresting them, he said that police is turning blind eye on them because of those that are addicted in taken drugs, so that they will not die, but use to raid them if their activities becomes unbearable.

I thought as much....mehn the mac donalds area (close to bremen hbf) is always filled with drug peddlers.. I saw some one usin in the restroom...Bremen is something else ...I wish I knew earlier

Accommodation in Bremen is tough and frustrating...and like she said the Nigerianz there re nothin to write home about......to be honest I dont understand the city...comin from a city where Nigerians re willing to help..it beats me when I observe that some simpletons re fuckin selfish...I just smh...

Last week i travelled to Bremen twice for flat vewing ...mehn its crazy..u view a flat with abt 10 other applicants...and the landlords ask for so many dicuments as if I m applyin for a visa....kai!

You best bet is to contact pple in bremen that re on this board... thats if they will help...

I hope you find something and when u get there be d difference u seek!

You can use these webpages too
http://schwarzesbrett.bremen.de/
eBay Kleinanzeigen.

But they will ask u to come over as they wanna meet the tenant in person..seems like a norm there.

Your command of English language is not that good. Don’t get me wrong, you probably write or even speak better than most of us, okay? But what I’m saying is - Your under graduate course was taught in English, you wrote your project, publications and other papers in English, and you defended in English……And you made a first class? With the way you speak and write English? That’s something really strange…..I’m sorry bro. I also have a funny feeling about this post. This is not to say that you’re fraudulent or anything. It just smells a little bit funny. Thanks for wanting to help….But I suppose everybody on here know the drill…….Don’t pay for anything you cannot see, feel, or touch! See the accommodation with your korokoro eyes, find out about its genuinity before parting with your hard earned money.

Sorry bro I just have to get this off my chest. However, we can be very good friends. At least you’ll teach me how to make a first class. I’ve always dreamt about it, but never achieved it. Its not too late - I want to make a distinction in my MA program, so I hope you’d be willing enough to show me a few tricks. I know UP. I wrote LSAT at Witwatersrand with a couple of bright lads from UP. It’s a cool Uni

You may want to leave me an email with your phone number- naturalkindness@yahoo.com

Good morning.

Hampy, before you point fingers at others, why don't you take a look at your very self?
Even your write-up is no different from his. Look at the bold and tell me how you expect to be better than this same guy. You come here and judge someone who probably has got no problem whatsoever achieving something you seem to desperately want. Do you expect him to write a post the same way he'd write his project ? Or maybe you expect him to correct every grammar and spell-check every sentence ? He is a Cameroonian. Your lecturers are Germans (that is if you're in Germany), non-native English speakers, and if you follow them on social networks, their posts would prove the same.

Your country's previous first lady (I need not add that she bags a Ph.D) wasn't what you'd call a very good user with the English language but yet, she sat on the most powerful seat a Nigerian woman could ever get close to. Well, you may have voted for the husband but it's a package.

You do not judge someone's fluency in a language just by the way they write. You judge them only after seeing the way their write-up is, hearing them speak, and their ability to read/understand situations in the language. If you're not familiar with language testing boards, this is the same way they operate. They evaluate you based on these tasks and then round your proficiency on it.
You could score a 6/7 band (which is what most Nigerians get in writing) and a 8.5 band in listening. Does that make you a bad user of the language ?

P.S: The edits I've made above is not to prove to you that I'm better at using the language than you are, in fact, you could be way better and I'd gladly live my life to the fullest knowing/not knowing that - it's just to let you know that; no matter what it is in life, you could be better than someone else at it, but, that doesn't mean you find every chance to stick that in their face. They already know it, you don't have to remind them. The same way you'd not want someone else do that to you.

You have said that your Nigerian friend could secure a room for anyone who is in need of it. Firstly I'm not your friend, and I do not know why answering an inquiry made by babanila related to how I secure my admission at uni Stuttgart becomes big issues here. I actually thought this platform was there available to help fellow students seeking assistance but It have turn out to be platform to harrassed others willing to help, and I am not even a Nigerian.
Yes a Nigerian guy help me for accommodation, and those claiming he is a frauster "shame on you". You can insult me saying my English isn't at point i get that neither French, English, German nor PidginEnglish are my mother tongue, So i really don't care. But i found it very offensive when you open your mouth and insult someone who almost twice my aged and Of course much older than you. Without even consider or reading the fact.
Ask me the proper questions likes how did that happen, which program i am doing, under which institute then i will answer you and u will get all the fact straight. In my course every admitted student have thier named send to the student housing department (by the course coordinator) for accommodation but since i was late (and since you are on my case i assumed u know why i was late) and the number of place allocated to us were full for this session my only option were to wait till May 2016. But the nigerian guy appilled to his boss saying there's a close that allocation of room are made based on the km you are from and that i am very far and so on. That's when i was able to get a room. Because of his intervention. And that's when i ask if he can send me a copy of these clauses so that student can fight for accommodation on campus based on that. And he laugh and that what he say to me exactly (abi no wahala we dey african in olybo land and i dey work here so i fit help new comer...)
In my culture you should respect elders no matter how old they are even if he is just few weeks older than you. and i assume u are much older than me that why i am amassed when reading your post insulting that dude who help me .
If it was a scam as some people claimed here, how come, I signed a Rental contract and did register at the local allien office with that address on the rental contract and extended my permit and working paper here in Stuttgart with that ?

You talk about my level of english and how i did managed with papers and projects I challenged anyone on this thread who did Chemical Engineering and did specialised on Process control and Monitoring in their third and final year how much english course were needed for the program We are more exposed with program such as Matlad, AspenPlus and many more. If you did attend international conference during your undergrad course u will surely know that most speaker are from China, India, Germany breif English isnt thier first language, but when they exposed their project u can see the contain of it and see that they know what they are talking about.
If the course u are doing now is taught in English u wanna tell me that the German lecture teaching you is perfect or fluent in English ? Why don't you complain about that ? Because i am african like you and did achieve it will become and issues

Anyway I really had enough and this will be my last post, all people needed my help are having my cell-number now and we are chatting on the regular based (currently 4 of them coming to stuttgart this summer and one coming to the same program as me) other needed my help you can get my number from my good friend "kciano". just saying, I think you guys kinda over did it, it is not cool picking on someone, especially in platforms such has this. It causes alienation; they mostly end up opting out of the thread and find it hard to join any other thread for some time. It is a mini form of cyber bullying.

If it won't be too much to say, however true, false or suspicious the premise of his posts may be; he deserves some apologies #JustSaying

There's the probability he really might be willing to help, or his actions her laced with good intentions.

it is up to everyone to decide if his claims are legit or not, but there is absolutely no need to use condescending words; especially having knowing he is not a Nigerian, French is their default language and it is a public thread. (Many genius mad professors can't speak or write good English, inductive generalisation doesn't apply here and there is absolutely no correlation btw language prowess and mental prowess).

Make una apologise, some of u peeps over did it.

The guy is my friend..he got admission where i wasn't able to get..he was suppose to come to magdeburg with me... He is intelligent and he is delivering and u r concerned about his grammar.. he was only trying to help ..pls he is not a scam ..he is even on scholarship right now..u simply don't understand him.. nxt time before u talk.try to understand someone...it's not easy to make a ist class in chemical engineering...i read chemical engineering too but i didnt make ist class ..if u think ur grammar can make a ist class in chemical engineering..go and try it.. he has time to be replying u guys.. the course wey I dey do self.i neva even read half of the pages and exams are January...

p.s ..am not insulting u ..am only saying the fact..i dnt even want to reply comment on this before but u guys have really made a mocked of him..

Hello House,
please can anyone help me clerify this :-
If you get a Language Proficiency Certificate from the university and it is not put in an envelop,
1. Do i certify it ?
2. Do i put it in an envelope or send it like that with other documents ?
3. if question 1 is yes, how do you do that ( because it is the original) ?
Please help
Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 2 by Hampy: 7:24pm On Nov 17, 2015
Bro.. If you read my post carefully, you will find out that I never insulted the dude. I didn’t even call him a scam. I chose my words very carefully. So I’m surprised why I’m being attacked. You guys (yourself and DanIndia) obviously misunderstood my post. I didn’t intend to mock him or anything… As a matter of fact, I acknowledged the fact that he may write or even speak better than most of us in the first line of my post. I guess DanIndia didn’t read that part, or perhaps he chose to ignore it. I didn’t doubt that he made a first class. I’m only surprised he made a first class with the way and manner he writes. But the dude already answered me - They don’t really need the language in his field, Chemical Engineering. So I guess I just had too much expectations. Considering the fact that he made a first class, a feat I so much desperately want to achieve. I’m less concerned about his grammar. But when he said he made a first class, I was surprised how he was able to do it. It is not easy to make a first class in my field also. But you cannot write the way he does and make a first class in my field. At least not in my Alma mater.

Now as for his willingness to help those struggling with accommodation, that’s a good one. But it just smells funny to me. That was what warranted my post about people not paying for what they are not certain about. Which is why we are all here in the first place. To help each other about German University admissions, student visa applications and also help each other not to get conned in the process. That is not to say he is a scam or fraud. I didn’t call him a scam, I didn’t call him a fraud.

You may find my post offensive, or funny. It wasn’t directed at you. I understand the need to come out for your friend. But you would have done better if you direct your post to those who actually insulted him.

@Tchio2020…I never intended to insult you or mock you (to use kciano’s words). But if you feel offended or insulted with my posts, then I’m truly sorry, okay?

Have a wonderful evening peeps.
kciano:
I laughed as I read ur post..it's really crazy that u r concerned with someone who doesn't write good English..does the world need fluency in English..they care more on who can deliver. No blame them o, Germans are machines, they drill us like them. The stuff here is deep, esp for us in University of Technologies. Its not like the other Western World edu at all, they literally own your time here. There is superb comfort; 100% comfortable classrooms and amenities, but take a moment or two lapse and you're far behind in course work. Trust me, even I typing self, my table and taskbar is filled with books and PDFs, light dey 24-7 but can't even play one PES match without calculating how much minutes that will cost me; talkless of Master League.

There's always an Ubung 'round the corner. cheesy

Yes, you certify just like every other documents.
You can put it in a properly addressed envelop or put it in the same envelop with other documents. It’s your choice.
You can certify at the embassy just like other documents or go to a notary public. I didn’t certify my own documents at the embassy. I used a notary public and I didn’t have any problems.

Good luck.

U can start ur search via daad.de go to the information for foreigners section nd filter ur search u will get all the schools dt offer the course ure looking for with their requirements alongside these other questions u asked.
Btw everything u asked has been answered a dozen times in the thread, most of us started by reading from the very beginning which really payed off cos u get a lot of info then ask questions on things they r not clear with nd as a matter of fact some ppl just cme codedly nd just read to get info, jot em down and follow thru till they achieve their aim then unghost themselves to share their testimonies. It shows how much info dt is embedded in d thread from valuable contributions made by ppl here. All d best bro
