Once evidence starts involving numerous credit/debit card details - it's racketeering/fraud, regardless of whatever accountant you have. She might be complicit in the act consciously/subconsciously, however when you study how fraud charges are judged, especially anything that looks like naija-esque scams - she'll always be looked at as the victim.

Also, you can't win against a scorned woman who's trying to fight you with all she's got. Then you've got other folks on here living in the UK involved in the whole conspiracy and are determined to pursue it to the end. So there's no silver lining anywhere apart from just finding a way to resolve the whole issue amicably. Take the high road and the both of you need to talk offline like adults, rather than keep making a scene on here.

it's like a wife suspecting her husband of cheating. she'll make statements like "one day I'll catch you red handed with you and your numerous girlfriends". It doesn't mean she knows for sure that her husband is cheating. That statement only came from her suspicions.

If I do time (which i doubt) for whatever offense the authorities say I commit, you can all agree with me that coogar will do time too, a lot more time.

i had 2 issues with my bank. changing the account number digits to the current one & doing the BVN. i have not operated the account close to a decade. she needed loads of cash & i was meant to send the cash from nigeria to her own account - she keeps the debit card with her in the USA.

arif is in birmingham - he moved to the UK from NY many years ago so i am sure he has partners in the continental US. he bails me out in times of need especially when i need to make a U.S. purchase that needed the 5-digit zip code character field. he pays with his USA cards and i refund him back in the UK.

it appears that way but this isn't domestic violence where women always win. i have a whole chat history with me. her vows to pay back all she owed me, when she would pay, how much she would be paying & even the bits where she was using my bank card without my consent. all these things are well documented. i fancy my chances, i am good!
