Hi, I need help pls, am new to this blog.. I just got a rejection letter from the Canadian embassy. I applied on online on 30th Sept, did my biometrics 3rd October, got a request for medicals on 29th October and got a rejection letter on 18th November(yesterday). Am soo sad because I didn't expect it. I have also paid my school fees and I submitted all the required documents. I just finished my nysc July 2nd.. I applied for a pg course in coronary care nursing at Seneca college and my school starts 11th January 2016. How do I convince them that I will come back after studies? Was I rejected because I haven't travelled outside the country before? I want to apply again and I need help please..

honax: Your major setback was the POF. From what you listed here, $13k school fees+$14k draft and N2m closing balance all sum up to about N6.5m. That's way too small for you and your girl. I applied with my daughter too. And we had nothing less than N18m. You need to boost yours. These VOs know that child care in Canny no be moin-moin. Day care alone per day will cost nothing less than $40/day, not to talk of housing suitable for a child. I know how many cheap apartments I've tried to engage landlords for, only to be told that they're not child friendly. So here's your task; make another budget with minimum monthly rent of $750, day care minimum monthly cost of $900, then feeding, clothing and miscellaneous at a rate by your discretion. Put your entire budget in a spreadsheet, each cost with associated CAD and Naira equivalent and the total fund available. You should be having funds exceeding your projected budget. What program are you going for and what's the duration. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Good morning all, please kindly pray against any spirit of visa denial for the trv hopeful because these days the bad news of visa denial is so alarming but i said to all from now henceforth there shall be no trv denial again in Jesus name.Amen. we are children of the Most High that want to better the lives of our love ones through education and i am convience this morning that it is well with all of us who are waiting for our trv permit. i wonder what some visa officers want after someone have been offer an admission and some colleges will mandate you to pay either the part or complete fees and you will still be denied a visa .it is painful but THE GOD OF HOST SAID THIS MORNING THAT WE SHALL NOT BE DENIED AGAIN .STUDY PERMIT IS OURS IN JESUS NAME.ALL GO START ARRANGING FOR YOUR TRAVELING TO CANADA FOR YOUR STUDIES. l am move this morning to say this and for you who is deppressed i said get up and and dust your documents and get ready to refire okay get up brother get up sister.God have remember you 17 Likes 1 Share |

1sugar:It might be difficult convincing the VO abt returning to the country when u r going to study a course like this necessary for practise in Canada. Those in the health sector should give an input to this...Its late to re-apply for winter tho bt if u can submit by weekend who knows, u might resume late...Bt u must tackle the reasons highlighted.. |

@Berexio1please can you list the documents that you submitted and please can you answer the following questions which will enable me suggest how you will repackage your documents for refiring.1: are you a nurse.2:do you have a practising licence and are you registered with nursing and midwifering council of Nigeria.3:are you working with any hospital or orgqnisation.for all that i know Canada needs nurses and hardly refused nursing students and again your sop should educate the vo that we dont have adequate registered coronogy nurses in Nigeria and the course is not been taught in Nigeria universities.please respond so i will help you with some informations okay. |

Common this your supervisor is straight, direct and truthful, he said his funding will be decided by April and should also give u the same amount as the teaching assistant the school can offer you which he advise you apply for. He needs you to have some money to survive on, pending the time all the scholarship start paying. Most supervisor will not have the time to be elaborate and give you tips on what to and not to write. So i believe you should caught this guy some slack and be grateful to him. he wish you well and want to work with you. Secure this opportunity and follow his advise. Best of luck. Jlakeside: |

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 9 by berexio1: 10:21am On Nov 19, 2015 |
austinebode:This ur case ehn..U knew u wud travel why complicate things for ursef? U need to confirm if doing medicals away from ur country of residence will be accepted. Maybe we can learn something from ur case..Try to visit the Frequently asked questions(faq) and answers section on CIC site, ur answer might be there. Medical has abt 14days period within which it must be done, so waiting to come back on the 9th dec is not an option. |

Common man, it's possible for you to get a good grade over there and come back and get a good job. You could easily convince the VO that after acquiring and gather necessary which is msiing in naija you believe you will be able to contribute to the country i that industry. princeade09: |

austinebode:Write to the high commission office where your application was submitted, and inform them that it is impossible for you to undergo the medical test at the offices of the DMPs in your place of application. Tell them where you are and if it is possible to check in with any designated medical practitioner of CIC in that country. In a message they sent to me for further medical tests, I was told to tell them if I cannot make it to the office of former panel physician who initially attended to me. I think writing them will give you a clear direction. All the best! 2 Likes |
