CabbieAC: The same Adams that sold out to jonathan Faseun also sold out; i have no faith in OPC for now until they redeem themselves. |
Re: Yoruba Commonwealth and Politics by Nobody: 10:10pm On Nov 19, 2015 |
CabbieAC: I really haven't paid much attention to either and the history of the schism but if we discussef Yoruba oriented radio and we get a news on it about a week or two later then there's a connection somewhere abi you don't think so egbon mi? |
Re: Yoruba Commonwealth and Politics by Nobody: 10:11pm On Nov 19, 2015 |
Katsumoto: Egbon mi, Yoruba on all fronts needs new leaders or for the leaders to rebrabd/redefine their stand and keep up with it. |
Re: Yoruba Commonwealth and Politics by Nobody: 10:12pm On Nov 19, 2015 |
Katsumoto: Though they are both sell outs,Adams has obviously done a lot for the Yoruba race Besides his party affiliation nonsense, I'll put him in the same league as Alaafin of Oyo in terms of the promotion of Yoruba culture |

Re: Yoruba Commonwealth and Politics by Shymm3x: 10:17pm On Nov 19, 2015 |
CabbieAC: I hope it won't follow the same tangent as Radio Biafra. It should be more about promoting Yoruba nationalism, history, culture, and subtle propaganda. Why skelewu? We need "Gobe" for this one - seeee Gobe! I'm think of starting the football discussion tonight. What do you think? |

CabbieAC: I saw the two posts, didn't want to quote so that we won't start another round here. Truth is, the governors have not delivered up to expectation. We are Yoruba's, we have standard. We are not mediocre. All na hype. 3 Likes |

CabbieAC: The posts actually underscore what we have been saying on this thread. The scorecard of our governors is a big F9. 4 Likes |

1bkay3: Looool. Now you're keeping it real and trill. Me likey. Epe but he grew up on the Island - the proper G-ed up area. That is also my favourite place in Lagos...you can't be realer than folks from there. When Nas said, "Imagine smoking weed on the streets without cops harassing you" on "If I rule the world" - he was alluding to the Island. Epe looks like a forgotten village with massive potentials when I went there but I rep the place like a real nyggah is meant to do. Lool. Nah, it is not even that. It's coincidental that almost all the Yoruba chics I mess around with on here are from Ibadan, hence I decided to run with the title lool. You're part of my dukedom, since you're from Ibadan. Hehehe Ha! I'll leave that alone for now lol. BTW, I'm somewhere and they're playing ya tune by Nu Brand Flex - Sas killa, Boya et al. |

Re: Yoruba Commonwealth and Politics by Katsumoto: 10:34pm On Nov 19, 2015 |
CabbieAC: They aren't saying anything that has not been said by some of us on this thread. APC has set its benchmark at the mediocre level of the PDP governors. As far as they are concerned, you have done well if you do more than PDP. 2 Likes |

Shymm3x: The emboldened is actually true about the island though. Nights and sometimes day with my folksbin that part of Lagos has led to certain moments with folks who use weed in places cops would have outrightly torn down if it were to be on the mainland. |
