There is a difference between being somewhat off balance and strong emotional and psychological core issues.
Whatever the case may be, you are right, we all go through good and bad phases and feeling good is a lifelong endeavor, which we should attend to in the very first place before anything else.

I disagree here. An emotionally healthy human being does not feel attracted to this kind of people in the first place.
An emotionally healthy being would feel that something is terribly wrong with a person who takes pride in and feels satisfaction at cyber-bullying.

You couldn't have said it better. The question is why is it so? My theory is that people have never been taught that their first and foremost priority should be their own well-being. It is natural to want to feel good, it is just that we were trained away from it.
You can't avoid it if you feel attracted to this kind of people and the reason why you feel attracted to this kind of people is because your dominant vibration is a negative one, which results from the fact that you were not taught how to take GOOD care of yourself.
It doesn't suck up positive energy. It only attracts the kind of energy that matches it.
I hope that this painful experience will teach him exactly this but he won't be able to do it as long as long as his own pain body is active within him.
