Hi Nlander phones gurus, please, i need your urgent assistance concerning my android itel 1701 tablet which started malfunctioned always stop whenever i open any application on it and display a message like this '' Unfortunately the application has stopped" and return back to home screen. i bought this phone new two month ago, never root it, and had carried out factory setting twice while the problem still persisted. I can no longer open any application on this phone because it constantly force itself to stopped. please i need your help as per the cause and remedy to this problem so that this phone will not be completely useless. thank you in advance for your assistance.

hi. thanks for this thread....please I got an infinix hot. the phone didn't come with a pre installed gallery. I can't put up bbm display pix and others because it tells me no photo. sent pix to my device but it doesn't reflect on the options to choose a picture from. please help me out thanks

I bought a Lenovo A101 with 2G RAM 32G ROM. I have rooted the phone and it works efficiently until when I started filling the phone storage with big files. I noticed that once the files made up to 4G, the phone storage begin acting in some funny ways. I cant use any file on it. Some become corrupted. New folders cannot be created. Music start disappearing and lot more.

So I did hard reseting and it started working fine again until I filled the storage upto 5G and the problem starts. I tried to recover my files by connecting the phone to a laptop. I found out that the phone memory appears that it has 4.5Gig instead of 32Gig that usually appear before on the phone. I have tested different system analyzer and found out the tablet has 32G internal memory capacity but whenever I download file making up to 4G, the phone memory corrupt my files.

How can I fix up this and free up my memory?

He probably has filled the ram with too much apps. Let him try deleting some apps with high memory especially games. About the memory card test it in anoda phone to verify which is faulty

Hi...I have been having issues with my techno F7..it shows charging when connected to a charger but in the real sense it is not charging...secondly my screen key pads take up to 4 seconds to respond to inputs..lastly, my home, select and back buttons on my phone have stopped functioning.

Probably software problem..try using another charger if problem persists flsh the phone

Download Dr Web from the playstore and scan your device.
It'll list any malware found, if you can't uninstall any malware then go I'll need root access to remove it.
If your phone is rooted, download Titanium Backup (if you don't have it) and uninstall the malware Dr Web displayed.

I upgraded my phone innjoo one via OTA... it ended up showing 'no command' I've cleared cache and done factory reset but the result hasn't changed... i didn't root the phone prior to the softbrick and USB debugging mode was also off

So please how do I proceed??

My samsung GT-i9082 keeps hanging/freezing and this is so frustrating. Someone said it could be the memory card and I replaced it but that didn't help the situation. Besides, I have some ample space on my memory card as well as device memory so space is not a problem. I even chose to remove the memory card completely yet, there is no difference. What could be the cause as I am fed up and thinking of getting a Lenovo phone. Thanks.

The screen malfunction is a result of the layers of the touch screen loosing contact. It occurs after some serious fall.

I am afraid u might need to change the screen

After upgrading my zero 2 os to lollipop I can't make custom ring tone again even with es file Explorer and can't make swype keyboard as preferred. What should I do?

And it is usually from 9am-5:30pm during week day, 9am-2:30pm on Saturday (The last Saturday of each month is usually not working day). I'm using an innjoo fire and quite recently i have been unable to use my camera and flashlight, whrn i try opening the camera app it says can't connect to the camera, flashlight not coming on too. Pls someone should help me with a fix
