I appreciate. I really want to communicate with you too. It's just that one has to be careful here.

Not everyone on NL has good intentions. That is why I am very sensitive. Sorry if it makes you unhappy. Will give you an e-mail soon.

that is why I asked for your sponsor. I don't know how you'll claim home tie with your pending immigrant status. whats your age range? are you going for masters or undergraduate?

Undergraduate. Although I already have OND but I don't consider it as influential here.
Age range 18-23
My brother also has been in Naija for the past few years. All my relatives are here in Naija.

mubarakopeyemi:

yes! he is the one.
But he is not in Nigeria at the moment? when you filled your DS160 hope you indicated that you have a pending immigrant petition? Well, what I can advice is to still focus on making the VO know you're coming back after studies. Don't try to convince him you're not interested in staying here. Just make him understand your interest in schooling in US.

good for you then. You still have a chance of making the VO know you're going cos you're interested in advancing your career in a more standardized environment for learning

yes moreover I applied for forensic Accounting which most of other Universities there doesn't have. I feel the course is unique and not just the normal financial accounting. I can just come back and prolly work at the EFCC or any forensic firm. but d issue is how can I present a colourful and convincing stance of why I'm going there.

Your education is a stance, a good one you have now. Your program as well. You have your sponsor and you want to get the best out of education

Hmmmm atlast have reached page 112 *had to skip some pages sha b4 i die* my eyes are already bulging. First and foremost i want to greet everyone from Justwise to slimmy05, imperiouxx, bigfrancis21, darklight, and so many others i cant remember their names at this time. To be honest this thread has really helped me immensely, although am now in the visa interview part which i plan doing next month. I appreciate the transcripts of so many peopel like DanjaNinja which was the most entertaining of them all. I noticed nobody has really talked about universities in Arkansas. I hope they are ok, i actually want to study an Engineering course as an undergraduate student. Is there any bad reputation in these universities. Thanks once again for the usual cooperation amongst us.
