Lemme explain something to you because you might not know how credit card scams work. Many Nigerians dont.

A lot of these niggas doing fraud, we grew up with them through school, uni etc.

They got lazy after uni and didnt go to hustle with the rest of us. After Govt blocked off all the loopholes, they are desperate living from hand to mouth while their mates are progressing. They can buy a bottle of champagne in the club, but they cannot buy anything substantial, have no credit and cannot buy a house and often wonder from one spot to another. Its a despicable existence.

So what do they do? They look for maga that can convert their cards to cash. In this case Babe3 is the maga.

So they buy numerous credit card details usually from abroad. About $10 per detail. Most of the card details do not work. That is why you saw Coogar asking Babe3 to try this card and that card.

Now they get their maga to send them cash eg rent, tuition etc, and they will pay with their cards.

When the bank discovers the payment is fraudulent, there will be a chargeback on the maga eg the magas landlord, car loan, school will now evict them, declare them bankrupt etc and completely phuck their credit and life up. You cannot do anything in the West without credit.

Now, the ninjas whose credit card details were stolen will also have bad credit, cannot buy a house on mortgage. Cannot buy a car or anything on credit etc. Their life is also phucked.

This is why I detest fraudsters and why you should too being the Emaprince I know. Although the implication may not be obvious to you in Nigeria.

And no, vast majority of Nigerians are not into fraud. Very few are, and they are despicable.

You be my guy so I say make I explain am so you grab the implication. This no be Naija where someone scam you once and the deed is done and you move on. If someone phuck up your credit in diaspora, it is a very wicked thing which will affect you for 10 years. I spit on such people.

So many things I don't understand about this event. So many things we're not meant to understand. Honestly, I'd have called the police on both parties. In the eyes of the law, intentional ignorance to credit card fraud is not an excuse. NL is not a judicial system. This case should have been brought to nl AFTER legal processes have been filed and court decisions have been made. It's easy to unjustly ruin a mans reputation, it's impossible to build it back up. Should officials get a hang of this fraud allegations from visiting NL threads, nothing can stop both parties from being prosecuted. All it takes is for one nler to blow the horn. If coogar is indeed guilty of fraud, nl shouldn't be protecting him [by agreeing to not take the case to court if he pays]. That's protecting a criminal. Everyone involved will be prosecuted. People with the evidence should do the right thing and take this to an actual court.

My analysis: NL is protecting criminal[s]. Do not register on NL with your [personal] email account.
