I think a lot of people are more interested in the major shareholders which is a fair question to ask considering our tendency of underhand deals, but is this company listed on the Nigerain Stock Exchange? if they are maybe you can identify their registrar and get the list of shareholders from them.

There is someone at last who is wise and knows abt shareholding on the platform. God bless you. And its is not listed on the NSE, so the shareholders are still limited. Let them unveil them and 'shikena', case closed.

STFU and get out of the thread if you have nothing sane and intelligent to contribute you dumb asx troll...

Your dumb ass need to go and learn. Check the correspondence between myself and someone wise and go think of getting a life. I feel for those that actually educated you. Better go and start from the scratch and make their investment worthwhile. You son a swine bitch

1. The board of directors are listed on the website as posted by many posters in this thread, you are just too mentally shallow and incompetent to read and comprehend. You prefer to go on and on with dumb and meaningless argument.

2. The only concern of any organization regarding their website is simplicity, ease of use and functionality and not your own interpretation of what floats your boat.

Get your own company and plate your website with gold and silver if you like, it's your problem...

Brother did you go through all my correspondece? Its their choice to put up whatever they so desire on their website quite all right but you cry foul when you sense a website was only quickly cooked up (half baked). We are asking the FG as NIGERIANS that they make public the list of those that hold a stake in the company and the deal. That's all and please I won't keep repeating myself.

[size=14pt]So Buhari is yellling 'Corruption, corruption, yet he paid a whopping N25 Billion to a faceless company REMITA and refused to disclose if he or his friends were owners of the company?

Yet, he screams Kworruption!, if an underpaid Nigerian policeman asks for N25 naira bribe?

Your grammatical construction and write-up should be your utmost concern at the moment and not taking up issues that would expose your deficiencies. I would advise you as a concerned citizen to go back to school and pass your English Language Examination and not take in the footstep of your president so we don't continue to produce literates that are no less than illetrates.

Good day

you just lied here .and mind you remit a is used by Blue chip Nigeria companies .its the leading Human/payroll solution in Nigeria and even Africa. Do you even know obaro. The first ICT program on TV I attended more than 15years ago ,on answering a question I was given a gift this was sponsored by systemspec.so don't talk about them.they have a product that can compete anywhere in the world.do you guys even know what banks in Nigeria pay for Finacle and other applications yearly.Or what inter switch makes. on transaction fee.their solution is just like MasterCard or visa. They charge per transaction

Most of you APC gullible supporters are the clown of the decade. So you don't know power might have changed hands meaning Tinubu and the likes might have paid and bought the company over just to make it seem Jonathan once gave them a contract so it is cool. You need schooling bro.

They should make it public if there's nothing to hide nah. That's all *shikena*

your assumptions are not facts.question you need to ask yourself is who contracted system spec and on what grounds, who signed 1% agreement with system spec on the use of remita and what was the sharing formula.was this in place before buhari or after buhari.Answer this .I know you will not be up to the task but busy saying rubbish.

I won't dignify your f00lishness after this by replying you. I have no business with what was signed and when and like I pointed out the only question here is 'who are the shareholders? Finale

P.S: I see you didn't heed to my advise of getting re-schooled. I suggest you get a home tutor. You really do need it.
