Normally they would request any military to deploy its equipment which they will pay for every month it is the mission. Proforce vehicle were going to be used by Nigerian police that's all.

Two Rooivalks are painted in UN colours in Congo and UN never purchased them.

Give us a source which recorded the deal between proforce and UN because showing vehicles painted in UN colours is not a proof.
