superstar1: It's good that you are proud of that, so stop rejecting the name of your movie industry which is Yoriwood. As for Nollywood, take your eyes off it. It was created by Ndị Igbo and has remained an Igbo dominated industry. Y'all can't do nothing to change that. Apology accepted by the way. No hard feelings. 1 Like |

nwanlecha: Nahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, It was not created by Igbos. If you want to create a movie industry that is exclusive for igbos, you will either create it Enugu or Aba. Nollywood is for Nigerians. Yoriwood is for yorubas. kannywood is for northerners. Ibibio and efik films are for ibibios and efiks. Where are the Igbo films? 1 Like |

These are top 20 grossing Nigerian films, highlight the ones that are projecting igbo culture in comaprison with yoruba culture https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_highest-grossing_films_in_Nigeria Most of your fims o not promote any igbo culture. they only show a westernised culture. You do not even have any culture to promote anyway. lol. 2 Likes |
