As much as many of us will not agree with mr fayose that's the truth from the nuliying of rivers and akwa ibom election to the appointMent of ameachi as a minister to one sided curruption fight etc. I don't think nigerian will hide their feeling for long. Buhari is not here to rule rather he's here to revenge those years he was rejected by nigerian and lay the foundation for his re election. |

The APC cannot bring in a new candidate, unless Duputy Gov. thus electoral Law only guarantee a party to do so 14days b4 d Gen election, so even if APC does so, n d Dup Gov. challenge to court, he ll win n emerged as a Gov..., so Fayose is right |

God bless Fayose for always saying the truth. Partisan and ethnicity apart, APC led government got it wrong. We need more of Fayose type to keep APC aka party of propaganda on their toes. |

Dannyset:Fayose knows what will be his end, he's just trying to buy time, Ekitigate will be visited soon. By the time Ekitigate visited, he'll call it witch hunting because he opposed PMB policy. My brother just be watching, the judgement day is nearby for him. |

MrALIVE: Votes are for a party but a candidate has to carry those votes. That is why a party can not change candidates at a whim. This situation is not covered by the Electoral Act because Abubakar Audu was not declared Governor-Elect. The Supreme Court has to interpret this gray area. As far as I'm concerned, 25000 accredited voters in the election shouldn't have stopped INEC from declaring APC winner...foolish Fayose, u will never end well,u will surely sleep in Jail after your tenure |

Re: Kogi: Buhari Setting Nigeria On Path Of Anarchy – Fayose by BraniacX(m): 7:24pm On Nov 25, 2015 |
Muritino: He voted but the election remains inconclusive meaning we are still in the middle of the elections meaning that audu is still a candidate and not yet a governor elect and now he is dead before being elected and as such his votes can not be transferred to another candidate without the National Assembly creating a law to that effect or the Supreme Court adjucating on the case since our Constitution doesn't cover for it. It is not up to the electoral commission to create a precedence or to interpret the laws |
