NgeneUkwenu:
Anybody Writing any epistle or criticizing Buhari @ this juncture is just a hypocrite! All these are just teething problems expected when a radical change is being introduced!

It shall all phase out and the dividend delivered!

Corruption has been fought to a StandStill! We no longer hear millions, Billions and Trillion being frittered away! That is the first step. The Next Step is the Budget Of Change estimated @ 8Trillion with Capital Expenditure PeGged at over 50%. There is no way Nigerians Will Not Smile!

Relax, endure the temporary pain! Buhari Will AND MUST Deliver!

^^^^^^

Even though i am(maybe still) a supporter of the person of MB, i must confess that as a president, the is turning to be a total failure, stubborn as a goat.

I want to ask miss(mr) Ngene above, since when has the nation grinding to a halt now a 'teething' problem? Nothing....i repeat, no agency of government is working properly as we speak.

You, Ngene choose to turn a blind eye to these all the in the name of party loyalty? who's the real hypocrite here?

Which corruption has being fought to a standstill? Dude, forget the hogwash. The corruption that is being fought are those of persons of the former cabal. There's is a new cabal in town and they want to take over everything. Anyone that stands in their way is termed corrupt.

8Trillion Naira?? Where are we going to get the money to finance such a white elephant budget? I hope buhari is not trying to sell Nigeria to Paris Club again? What has he put in place to generate this budget, because oil prices are falling everyday.

Nigeria is in a lockdown and someone here is telling me it's just a teething problem. It's people like you that lie to Buhari and deceive him from Knowing the exact situation of things.

I mean no disrespect sir, but your comment is the daftest and most inhumane i've read in a long while.

Ngene, times like this call for unalloyed unity among the masses. It's not the corrupt politicians you are defending that are suffering the pains of this misgovernance...... it is the poor masses like you and I and our families. How are you feeling that your mum has to keep vigil at a petrol station only to get it at still 400? Many civil servants are yet to receive their salaries. Inflation rates are crazy. Things that used to go for 100 naira is now being sold for N150.

Stop defending this man. Make him work......it's for the betterment of we all.

Fuel sold @300 Naira before Buhari took over and stabilized for many months before the recent crisis. YES Or No?

Civil servants were owed several months before Buhari took over and provided Bail out that cleared several months of arrears. YES Or No?

The Price of Crude Oil crashed, selling almost at 42 dollars per barrel? Who is to blame? The past government that enjoyed @ the boom and didn't diversify the economy or the 6months old government?

Nobody is defending anybody, it is very unfair to criticize a government who has not even presented it's own budget for proper scrutiny!

I don't criticize for the fun it or just for me to be tagged a neutral! No Way!

I will only judge and appraise this government after 2 years!

No be small teething problem.

Buhari administrations and queues are like bread and butter. The last time he was here (30 years ago), Nigerians were queuing for sugar, milk, rice and soap. In fact, I understand he had an entire corp (armed with whips) who enforced good queuing order. Any way, no wahala. At least, he's pighting Kwarauption.

The only period fuel sold above the pump price, all through the 6 years of GEJ, was before the handover. That was very understandable and just for a few days .

This one it's being on for weeks now. Despite that subsidies are still being paid daily for products.

No federal civil servant was owned during those period.... was just couple of states..... very minimal. Infact we didn't get to hear about salaries being owed till after the elections.

The price of crude oil crashed since 2014. How was GEJ able to manage it?

It is very clear that you are either paid for this, Or you are just a natural sadist.

Why are you such a blatant liar?

The FG never owed salaries and payment dates was usually on the 25th.

You can verify from any federal worker.

Because states where owing doesn't mean the FG was.

The then minister of finance also advised state governors to priotize salary payments but did they listen?

When the benchmark was set at $76 your useless APC legislators backed by their greedy governors threatened not to pass the budget.

The likes of aregberascal were lamenting for more money citing the high price of crude and the low benchmark. According to the fool Nigeria was witnessing a boom and it was time to spend without recourse to saving.

Now, if the LNG funds were shared back then how will your Buhari bail the states out?

You must stop lying to yourself first because you are only deceiving yourself here.

One reoccurring decimal among APC blind zombies is how the keep regurgitating the same tired lies, excuses and myths of their buhari.

You can not have a sensible debate with them since sense has since fled their brain.

They also don't know the extent of havoc their illiterate messiah is wrecking on our economy because vast majority are Jobless people with no real understanding and appreciation of basic economics.

They are also lazy socialists who expect govt to feed them scrap and shower them with subsidies. This stems from their lack of self reliance.

Lately, most of the zombies have become really calm in the real world and seeing the folly of their blind fanatiscm.

The likes of NgeneUkwenu are paid shills who actually benefit from spreading propaganda but to the legion of zygote Almajiris out there, they now know what change feels like and they are not in any way happy.

The comment is daft to Wailers, no be so?

After all,if it was Gej that was being discussed here,it would have been the best comment in the eyes of the wailers.

If mo(a)gidi can call that comment daft, then it's a pity. Sorry to say,but of all the wailers on Nairaland, you are the most stupid . Sometimes I wonder if it's a matured guy who churns out the silly things you put on here.

FG, States, LGs Share N568.4 Billion for Oct

Also, $1billion was proposed for distribution to complement shortfall in expected revenue." The $1billion is a compromise by the FG over its words in September not to augment shortfalls anymore.

Responding to the presentation, the chairman of the States Commissioners of Finance and Ebonyi State Commissioner of Finance, Mr Timothy Odaah, lamented that the statutory allocation was getting smaller and smaller. "It appears this is the worst in terms of returns. This is the least in allocations as far as this year is concerned. We are mourning the dearth of funds and this is a wakeup call for states and local governments to buoy up their internally generated revenue."

While appreciating the "magnanimity" of President Goodluck Jonathan to approve the $1billion from the excess crude account and to be shared among the federal, state and local governments, Odaah expressed disappointment with the returns made by the NNPC.

He said that the states had requested for $2bn to complement for the shortfall in revenue but got only $1billion. In September, Odaah and fellow commissioners had walked out of the Accountant General of the Federation (AGF) when the federal government said that the framework of the 2013 budget was no longer realistic and it won't augment shortfall in revenue. Odaah raised issues with the statutory allocations of previous months.
