the compulsory mandate is that all igbo speaking part of your so called SS must and I repeat must be re integrated back to their brothers in upland if you like knnack your head for your maMa toto cos that's what your tribe aka yoluba does best then if you are among the non speaking igbo it is your choice no one ll force you infact I wish biafra ll only consist of only the igbo speaking part of biafra land.
