I want to believe PDP has a case to push in this scenario. I will advise they should approach the Court to push their case properly. PDP must first seek injunction or stay of proceeding on the re-run election slated for the 5th of Dec. And also go further to seek the Appellate court for the interpretation of the Lacuna inthe Constitution. If APC were in their shoes on a situation like this, Lai Mohummed would have formulated a lot of propaganda that will call for National and international sympathy, infact iNEc wouldn't have ventured for the re-run other than to declare their Candidate the Winner. This Kogi case is actually a Test-case for Buhari administration's stance for the rule of Law and the Doctrine of Separation of power. We are Watching!!! 1 Like |

Ha ha ha ha haba mentu u are a big disappointment to fatherhood. This is broad day robbery. How can u rob peter to pay paul. Have they forgotten that people that voted Audu will never allow this happen. This is an invitation to anachy. I guess this exactly what Ayo Fayose want. The era of 12 greater than 19 is over. PDP has lost it big time. These people are only making the party sink further. Shameless politicians. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Citing the case of Ameachi as a judicial precedent. Ameachi went to challenge his removal from the governorship race by his party(PDP). After the election has been concluded the party won with another candidate, but the supreme court in its right declared that Ameachi won the primary hence he should have been the flag bearer, Ameachi benefited from the victory of the party when he was not the candidate presented by the party. A logical deduction from this case is that APC can substitute for Audu citing Ameachi case as a judicial precedent. 1 Like 3 Shares |

Papa deceive Pikin party ,sorry you can not deceive us again.. Your interpretation of the legal implications of Audu's death is a very comical one even to an average unlearned man . APC should just abandon their party's hard earned victory to PDP because of natural disaster that Naija constitution never envisaged ..We all have common sense to adjudicate over this matter . |
