same thing here, mine was even debated twice cos it loved me out on the first attempt to pay for accommodation, and i didn't receive alert so i decided to try again same thing happened again, and after about 20 minutes i received two debit alert,meaning i paid twice, and checking the portal again nor, its telling me to re-query..

I don't know what to do that will make them re fund one of the payments back... Though it has displayed my room details

don't panic if you can find your way to ITs your money will be refunded back to you
know of some1 with such issue last year
