Maybe they lost the records or something.

I heard a dragnet test was conducted April/May for UBN and most of the candidates were called for AC.

The fact remains that many of the dragnet people failed the personality test on consistency level. I advice you guys then that be your true self and not answering questions as you deem fit as best practice. There at least two questions each testing same personality trait and many failed. Hence, the reasons why few received successful mail and not many of them were called for AC, this led to make up candidates through push CV.

Though there MIGHT still be hope shaaa if new ET advert is not out before mid year next year.

We (pushcv candidates) did personality tests. Infact, we did series of rigorous tests in order to be able to apply to UBN. Don't say what you're not sure of.

Relax I did both test (dragnet & push cv) & I know the difference, push cv test was more of a course ( ones field chosen) related test.

If you really did both tests a d completed all the stages on pushcv, I don't think you'd be saying what you're saying about pushcv candidates.

Good morning all. I just heard from a neighbour that his brother has been employed by Union Bank and is starting training on thursday. In fact he was posted to a branch at Alaba. I'm just confused.

hmmmm....Na wa o. See people hustling and praying to enter union bank ,while union bank keeps sacking people everyday. Sincerely if u have offers elsewhere or if u have something doing elsewhere ,its advisable you go with that instead of union bank o.

THis is not meant to discourage you,but to tell u how job security is not assured in union bank.

Your above statement is blatantly false or your neighbour lied blatantly to you.
Union Bank training school does not start on a Thursday.
How can he possibly know that he was posted to a branch in Alaba when he has not even started training school? It doesn't work like that ok?

Your neighbors is right. He must be have been employed as experienced hired and their induction (not training school) is between 3 - 4 days.

Do you guys know some people already know they are in for the training school, cos they were called after a week of the AC to a branding event, about six of them, I think they were best for each day, cos Lagos AC spanned for 6 working days... Those guys are chilling right now, I hope this new AC they're doing again won't affect some people being shortlisted latter on. Let keep hope alive, what will be will be.

guys, has anyone gotten a good job from this site, jiji ng com? someone referred me to the site but all their job posts there looks fishy. On several vacancies i checked, They provide a phone number to send your name and qualification to instead of an email address that one could send a CV.
Its really bad professionalism to me. So am skeptical that those jobs are truly what they are. they might be all these healthy living products marketers hiding behind bank jobs advert just to get one to apply.

There is definitely reason(s) those people were invited but I've got questions for you Dave.

Did you randomly come to this conclusion?

Were those invited to the branding event specifically told they were successful at the AC?

In anyway though, UBN should let us know how far (success or regret mail) so we can end this long process.

Union bank has sent me a regret mail for real. I'm glad they did cos I know that God has something better for me elsewhere.
