The Finance Minister also acknowledged that the recovery process is going on, yet most comments missed the facts of the article.

The money shared is the revenue generated in the country for that particular month or period of time under review and each of the revenue has a sub head like crude ac revenue , royalties etc so their is no way money can just enter d account without an entery that's why u have office of the accountant general and u also have a perm second in that Ministry, if u read the write up well u will understand

This set of allocations to the three tiers of government marked a pleasant departure from the previous months of falling allocations.

The October 2015, FAAC disbursements, the finance minister said, represents an increase of N83.89 billion compared to the N389.93 billion distributed in September.

That the source was not immediately known by the new minister does not erase the FACT that the FG now has more money for states than there was previously (by over N80 billion) and there is no way that amount would find itself in that account if not from recovered funds.

How can a whole minister not be in the know of the money . I thought they opened TSA. Isn't that money supposed to be there for onward disbursement to 3 tiers of govt.
