Ds ur next steps Admission slip Acceptance slip D stamp clearance copy Birth certificate Certificate of state State due 1. Pay school fees 2. Print receipt 3. Pay 4 hostel 4. Print receipt 5. Make four photocopies of ur data dway u did for clearance ( but it should be d one dt s stamped) 6. Proceed to admin office for ur file ( u must show dem ur receipt if payment for sch fee & hostel fee) 7. Have ur file with a slip of matriculation oat and medical form 8. Fill d form and d files (4) 9. Proceed to d faculty and dept when d oda directives shall be given

Admission Slip <br> acceptance slip <br> CBT result slip <br> Jamb result slip <br> O level result <br> Change of Course/Institution receipt (if applicable) and dnt forget dat it is 3 photocopies each with Passports...
