Wordplays - 2 points - Mik. Bruce would have won this crit if not his forced WP's. Bane way is forced for Benue. Bruce is forced for Bruise. Pen to gun is forced for Pentagon (it's "penta" not "pento" ).

Closer - 1 point - Mikuz. Bruce's "M.E a L" is off tangent, it ruined it for me after all the creativity in it. When a person or group's name's is "acronymized", it's not pronounced as a single word most times but each letter pronounced separately. E.g: HKN Gang; HKN letters are pronounced separately and then the "gang" pronounced collectively as a word. Also, the Jamaican reggae band, T.O.K pronounces their name as T.O.K separately and not as TOK (Talk).

Just listened to it now. There are some part he pronounced "to" as "ta" especially in the "side to side" chorus part. I think one can pronounce "to" as "ta" during audio rap and no one would question him or her, but on text-battling not everyone will overlook it. Nice song though.

While reading a text battle, you should be able to understand and pronounce the words the way the rapper wants it. Same way rap English is different from regular ones. E.g " you the type that suck" . You'll fail woefully if you write that in exam. The correct way is "you are the type that sucks". So you cant fault a rapper for writing the way he did. Rap is a different world. Like. Ok, advice taken. But base on this premise, many WPs should be allowed though coz rapper writing might have different accents. What do you have to say on the "Bruce" and "Bruise" WP? It sounded forced to me and still do.
