Tom Ohikere and his cohorts are about to lose out in the spoils of war which would have come to them if Audu had been alive.
So thy are fighting back. It's expected.

And Thomas hobbes said ' struggle for power, a war of all against all' Bunch of stupid ppl, well that is what power does, but dis fools in APC kogi should knw dat election was postponed due to d fact that d margin was less than canceled votes instead of saying rubbish abt xtian candidate. APC has xtian n Muslim govs, PMB has xtian in his cabinet, Our VP is a xtian buh the APC kogi are blinded by dia lust for power n dry shld be very careful because choosing the wrong candidate, dey may end up losing dia mandate thru d court

If the allegations above are true, that tell u how these various government commissions are 'really dependent'.For Nigeria to get it right,i am not cursing, but it will take very pretty time.Religious sentiment, tribal sentiment, gender sentiment,minority-majority sentiment cannot make a nation to grow.Kogi,if u dnt stop all these, award of d most underdeveloped state will not leave ur land

What's so difficult in picking another candidate if the aim of getting into office is purely for service. How did Nigeria get to this point

LordVarys:
All these controversy because the idiotic Attorney General confused INEC rather than going to the Supreme Court for interpretation as is the practice, that's what you get when you have an unqualified AGF.
Malami was one of the worst performing nominees during the ministerial screening yet Buhari chose to make him AGF because of his closeness to him. The retard has now caused a constitutional crisis with his poor judgement

God bless you!

Audu's son should go and sit down. Kogi election is not part of his inheritance.

Malami is the cause of all this nonsense

That's what you get from AGF who can't interpret the constitution properly yet someone made him AGF..

But wait.... If audu son is 43years...... What was Audu age

From my standpoint:
D law has given a direction on this matter though not stipulated n clear enough.
Its clear James faleke shud continue in d elections as d ticket is a joint ticket.
How can dey reason bringing in his son. its not a family seat or giving d mandate to yahaya bello,d runner up in d primaries?.
If audu had died during d primaries before d election, Then Yahaya wud have been next.
But now that he has won primaries,Had a running mate and went ahead to win d elections, its very clear Yahaya's name shouldn't even be mentioned.
Faleke should be allowed.

Please don't allow those illitrate fools on the street do what they want. Govnorship is not a trone seat that one inherit. He is the best candt as he emerg the second during the party primaries. It is they party decision to decide who to pick, and they follow due process since he is the second at the primaries.
Re: Kogi Governorship Crisis: Audu’s Camp Rejects Son by salissmg(m): 9:29am On Nov 29, 2015
Had they election being declaired as Audu the winner then his dupity may took over, but the election went inconclusive. Yahaya bello that came scond shold come on board. Nothing go change, party don follw due process.

. Absolute rubbish, Audu's men are trying to use his son to hijack State Governor's so they dry up the states treasury. The good people of Kogi state should come out to resist the imposition of Late Audu's son on them. Moreover Kogi State is not practicing monarchy.

AUDU, MUSTAPHA , OHIKERE ARE ALL MUSLIMS so wat is this man talking, DID THEY FORGET WHAT AUDU SAID ABOUT FALEKE WHEN THEY WERE PUSHING FOR HIS SON? NOW THAT THEY DIDNT SUCCEED WITH THAT, THE SUDDENLY REALIZE THAT AUDU SAID FALEKE IS CAPABLE AS TO BE THE STATE GOVERNOR. EXCESSIVE JEALOUSY DEPRIVE ONE OF BALANCE REASONING.

Arrant nonsense. Is late Abubakar Audu not a muslim? So, d issue of plotting to impose a muslim candidate on them is neva an issue. Again, dos dat ar saying dat d late Audu gave instruction on his sick bed dat his running mate shld replace in case he did not make it shld remember that Audu died som days back. D question now is, y ar they bringing d issue now? Y not immeadiately after his death was announced(I smell lies).
