I emptied my recycle bin containing an important doc, mistakenly.. please any free software to help recover it.. tried easeus but no luck... please

You can check through google for the various types. i ve used one before but i really cant remember the name of the software. Just google arount and you might find a good one to do it
most v come across just scan, dont recover, been downloading since# a recommendation ll b appropriate, xo my search s limited# tnk u

Am not sure but i doubt if there is any, once its gone from the recycle bin, its gone for gud. Am i wrong or am i right?
