Sources tell us Tyga's been in escrow 3 times on the $10 million, 8 bedroom pad located in the same neighborhood where Kris Jenner, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian live.

We're told each time it gets close to closing, Tyga's got excuses -- such as being on the road or not getting paid -- for coming up short on cash.

It is not exactly a secret that Tyga has been struggling a bit financially recently. In fact, just before Kylie broke up with him (albeit, temporarily), a source EXCLUSIVELY told Michael Phils that he would never break up with her, and it has everything to do with money!
Tyga knows that if his relationship with Kylie fully goes sour he will never break the access, credibility and celebrity he gets from the relationship,” an insider revealed. “All that equals to dollar signs which trump everything at the end of the day in Tyga’s eyes. Kylie would have to do the breaking up if that ever happens because for Tyga it will be very hard to get a meal ticket like Kylie in the future.” Double yikes.
