alexis: 1 Peter 3:18 is pretty clear. Jesus was put to death in the Flesh and made alive in the spirit. If your claim is that Jesus was resurrected in flesh, then I am very curious to know how you would explain what happened in Luke 24:15-30. A person resurrected in flesh cannot possibly do such a thing. The only reason people think JW's turn the bible upside down is because they cannot comprehend how we could possibly have such depth of knowledge about the things written in the bible. And because we use various bible verses with so much dexterity, it leaves them flustered. A lot of our teachings are based on the bible and because they are mostly in direct opposite of what most are groomed to beleive, the only logical reaction is to reject our teachings. The rejection comes not necessarily because people think what we are saying is wrong. It comes because they infact see the truth about what we teach but cannot bring themselves to accept it as the truth. You would never ever find a JW that would argue bible truths with you without quoting from it. Yet, the same people who claim that JW's turn the bible upside down never ever quote a single scripture to back up their reasons for inferring. 2 Likes 1 Share |

To gain any knowledge in the bible-its best to read the hole chapter-to understand any thing what Christ had said. Listen of course you are a JW-and you may believe by putting the past behind you-everyone forgets-well I have news for you it's history that keeps the ball rolling' and no-one forgets. The JW's have a large history behind them, twisting bible scriptures around so much, that people even believed in the end of the world theories, and of course all these prophesies were proven false. Charles Taze Russell who started the JW's was a 33 Rd degree Freemason died and buried on Mason grounds' under the illuminati pyramid. Masons don't believe in the word of God, true and true out, matter of fact-they believe Lucifer is the father of Christ. So of course we expect the Masons in genial to remove scriptures from any bible, and we are not expecting you to know everything' such as Acts 8:37 "I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I find it strange-when I study up on all the stuff ups these Churches have done in the past-it clearly shows-these are the ones who have walked away from Christ. Mr Smith was a 33 Rd Mason and he started up His Church called the Mormons, they also removed the truth from their bible's too. We can find the Masons living in all directions. As you can see-both men had committed such a crime-{by their fruit you will know them} looking at their fruits they had left behind-with the many twisted scriptures, confusion had hit the streets-and the word of God now comes in bits and pieces through out the Churches. 1 Timothy 6 "Men of corrupted minds destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is the means of financial gain. From such withdraw yourselves. Freemasons started back from the Catholic Church-a Church that shows its riches sitting on a high mountain above all other Churches. The Devil's at work, having his angels by his side, the Masonry's have used the word of God as a tool, using God's people to build mega Churches, homes, and fancy jets. Matthew 4:8-10 "Again the Devil took Jesus to a high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory, and he said to Him, all these things I will give you, if you will fall down and worship me. And Jesus said, get behind Me Satan, for you shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve Mark 4:11 " But the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires of other things, come in and chock the word, making it unfruitful. But don't worry-we have witnessed many JW's and others from different denominational Churches, are now coming over to the Lord's side of the river-who have now fully dedicated themselves over to Christ. I pray someday it will be your turn. Can you swim? Ganoderma: 1 Like |

brocab: I really do not understand why common sense seems to take leave of people when it is time to castigate JW's. They seem to find everything and anything to bring down that name. It's not strange anyway. It has been happening and for as long as this system of things continue, Jehovah's Witnesses will continue to be dragged in the mud. Its a burden we have come to accept gladly. If we are to be reproached on account of the name of Jehovah and Jesus, then so be it. Now let me debunk all your frivolous claims. Please try to reconfirm you facts in future before spreading around false information. I shouldn't be doing this because in doing so I have to refer to sites and journals I shouldn't be visiting. But this fire in me is way too strong and I feel compelled to silence you. CT Russel was NEVER and I repeat NEVER a freemason. The Grand Lodge of British Columbia and Yukon, an official vessel of the Freemasons have expressly stated in OFFICIAL terms that CT Russell was not a Freemason. I quote the statement found on their official website. If you have the balls and guts I dare you to go there and read it. If you can't then shut up and be silenced on this matter forever. "Russell was not a freemason. Neither the symbols found in the Watchtower nor the cross and crown symbol are exclusively masonic. And the cross and crown symbol does not appear on his gravestone in the Rosemont United Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — it appears on a memorial erected some years later." freemasonry (dot) bcy (dot) ca/anti-masonry/anti-masonry03.html Now let me also tell you how that rumor about CT Russell came to be. In an address delivered in San Francisco in 1913, Russell made positive use of masonic imagery by saying, "Now, I am a free and accepted mason. I trust we all are. But not just after the style of our masonic brethren." He further develops this idea: "true Bible believers may or may not belong to the masonic fraternity, but they are all masons of the highest order, since they are being fashioned, chiseled and polished by the Almighty to be used as living stones in the Temple Built Without Hands. They are free from sin, and therefore accepted by the God of Heaven as fit stones for the heavenly Temple." Later in this address, Russell stated quite clearly that "I have never been a mason." Those who claim Russell was a freemason quote this address out of context without noting the rhetorical imagery. For the records, what you read above is also quoted from the Freemason website. If you had the balls to read the first quote, then this shouldnt be a problem for you. So for all of you who go up digging dirt just to throw at JW's make sure the dirt you throw sticks because if it doesn't you would all be made to look like fools in the end. And hey brother what was all that Bible verse for? It sounded like gibberish to me. 1 Like |

I have provided the information, you had demanded me to do, with this information I do expect you to ignore it, the same as what you do with bible scriptures. As you say' it all sounds gibberist to you. I think you need to study up on your history, You really need to look further, because all you have provided is only from the JW's info line. You need to take into account-why so many people have gone through so much trouble-writing about the JW's. In genial, people, don't normally act' against anyone, unless they had found some evidence to prove the facts' "true or false" and in these days we now have easy access to see the facts come alive with provided evidence. If you have the balls to watch this video below-Russell shows written evidence he calls himself a Freemason and a brethren to his Masonry brothers.. He's words are I am a Freemason, I am free and accepted mason, if I may carry to its full length because that is what our masonic brethren like to tell us, that they are free and accepted masons. And then he go's on by this statement>I trust we all are. Is his statement only preferred to the JW's? {The little evidence you have provided was written by the watchtower-or lets say, Barbara Anderson's an X JW-she claimed Russell does not belong to the masons. She was later kicked out of the JW's after Alleging the church had covered up sexual abuse cases} So It seems' the JW's believed Barbara's evidence' who Russell is, but you dis-believed her' after she had provided evidence the church had covered up cases of sexual abuse. So it seems, without any proven evidence found, she has already made false allegations against the watchtower-as they claimed-so makes her allegations true and correct this time around about Russell? Russell had written it himself, his own words were-I am a Freemason. And when we look into the Initial list of the 33 Rd degree Freemasons, sure enough' Mr Charles Taza Russell's name, is written below James Rothschild and above bishop Carl J Sanders, as Freemasons. Of course you believe the opposite' with any of the evidence provided-as usual you are trying to twist' what this man had actually Quoted? I know it's hard for you to accept anything concerning your belief's-but hey we have got to start somewhere in life-even if it does mean we are on the bottom. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPlz0XG0SJc Masons who you say' are not Masons? Are not buried on Mason land. Have you heard of the Grand Lodge of the Free and accepted Masons, as a member this term is used only within the lodge. Christians are not trusted and accepted Masons-and we are not part of any secret society. We either love the one, or hate the other. Have I dug up enough dirt for you? You cheeky bugger. Well I have proved your point-above-listen you JW's don't have much of a choice-looking for information else where outside your Church could mean you are disqualified from your long life belief's. Which is a shame-because in Christ, he opened a door, for us all to see-and at a faster pace the word of God is spreading across our nations. We are now seeing people all over the world, who have decided to cross over to the Lords side of the river-the blind now see, and the light is much brighter than ever before. Listen we really need to take those shutters away from our eye's, and open up our hearts, stepping towards Christ, the dead don't see-what the living do. If your not growing in Christ-its time to leave these religious nesting's. As dead as it seems-is as dead as you are. Don't be fooled by these criminals, do you honestly believe they care? 2 Corinthians 6:17 "Come out from among them, and be separated says the Lord, and touch not the unclean things, and I will receive you. The word of God is a free gift to those who truly seek after Him, don't be fooled-by anyone who takes you away from the truth-these are false prophets-don't be fooled by anyone who's using the word of God for financial gain, they are raven wolfs in sheep clothing-these men and women have sold their own souls to the Devil-and they will stop at nothing-working for their masters desires. What I love about the Lord, He never lets us go from knowing the truth-He promised us-He will never leave us-He will always be with us. As a Christian the Lord works in mysterious ways-I have heard some funny stories-but sure enough they connect with the word of God. Studying the word of God surely brings out His wisdom with His knowledge out to the open, just having a discernment, between good and evil, is enough for me. The lord said: The truth will set you free. Matthew 6:33 He also said: first seek the kingdom and his righteousness and all things shall be added to you. Finding His kingdom can only lead you to the truth. Day after day, the word of God is bouncing of in all directions-everywhere. Don't miss out on this Great opportunity, open up your hearts, and aim it towards Christ, He is the only one who can save you. Don't be fooled by these organised religious cults, {Jesus said, by their fruits you will know them}And if you are not growing Spirituality in the Lord-then your not growing at all. You need to get out of there' the Church is dead. Jesus is alive today, as He was alive back then. John 7:38 "Whoever believes on Me, as the scriptures has said-out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water. 1 Like |

brocab: Well I leave you to your folly. It really is useless to argue with the likes of you. You know what! Why not have a swell time spreading unfounded stories. Afterall, Jesus was wrongfully accused of being a blasphemer. He was infact wrongfully accused of sedition and treason too and was killed on that account. And unfortunately people accepted those accusations as true because they failed to understand who Jesus was even though the evidence and facts were right in front of their eyes. Each person has a responsibility to make certain his own salvation. And each one after finding salvation must warn others and help them to find salvation. (Ezk 33:7-9) I am fully convinced of my Faith and if this is the treatment I get for telling people about my Faith so they could make their own decision then I would gladly accept it on account of the name of the Almighty Jehovah. So get thee behind me satan....for I come before you in the name of JEHOVAH.....and you have no hold over this one. |
Re: Jehovah's Witnesses: 17 Facts People Should Know About Them by brocab: 1:58pm On Nov 30, 2015 |
You mean to say, the information I have provided in evidence is true and correct. You can't come up with any of your own evidence to prove otherwise? You were the one who stepped out to start this argument, which was pointless on your behalf-if you haven't the slightest idea to prove any evidence, then why did you interferer? Listen" it just shows how important it is to study-especially-when the truth is revealed. I thought you said the bible verses I have provided were just gibberish, you are sounding Hypercritical at this moment. Listen to you, you are actually writing about Jesus? I like this bit? Using Ezekiel 33:7-9 "as your way of calling yourself a true and faithful witness, I believe Jesus meant you must preach the word of God, putting Jesus first. Not the Watchtower nor your Jehovah. I remember the day's when the JW's lived next door to me, as a youngster, my aim wasn't God. After I became a Christian, I had welcome them into my home, and the first thing I can remember-was the Watchtower books were laid across my kitchen table, without asking-the elders were ready to pounce, having their JW bibles ready and sitting in the far corners of their minds. I found what really surprised me, their focus wasn't about Jesus, it was more about the Watchtower, after a while I found their Watchtower books are used as a tool to draw people into the JW's kingdom hall. Later I had other Christians to join with me, to help support our final countdown with the JW's-my biggest weapon, was an X JW-one who knew the ins and outs of the Watchtower. Word from word-the bibles opened, and the war began-the JW's would show us signs, they believed were written in the Watchtower magazines, scripture after scriptures were past around the table-I then started to realize how different, our bibles are. The Watchtower books are used to draw people into a brainwashing mode; my mind was rocking with the thought how one truly believes he or she could live in a paradise state of mind, this all sounded magic, to good to be true-Earth" that no man has seen, little did they teach, Heaven didn't exist for just anyone, but only for those small few of a 144 000 of trusted elders who would have the pleasure seeing the golden gates of heaven, where only Jehovah himself sits. Funny as they were-they knew how to twist the word of God-they themselves really believed they are the chosen ones-Jehovah's special people who will have their glories shine before them, while the rest of the world dies. They would read one verse-say in Matthew then quickly-turn over to another Psalms trying to confuse us-changing the subject-before any of us had the time to study the hole chapter; sneaky as they are-I found their aim was only to confuse us-but in this case-it confused them even more-They are professionals, and they will do anything to make us look like fools, they tried to prove we believed in the UN-KNOWN GOD-A God we never knew. I wanted to study with them only to retrieve a more clear view' because the Lord warns us of false prophets-and like the JW's, the problem I had found with them, they couldn't produce the word of God-the way I had seen it written. The word of God is alive-its a living word, and I couldn't find that living word living inside any of the JW's I had studied with. Ganoderma: |

brocab: I really like this part. It summarizes the condition of your reasoning. It is critically flawed. Listen to yourself. Jesus asks us to preach the word of God, putting Jesus first and not Jehovah (Which by the way is God's name). Interesting! Who is God? And who is Jesus? I know you would say Jesus is the same as God. And if actually you did say that, then I think our discussion is over. I may be wrong, but you do sound like a Catholic. |

I thought you may like this-this is why I had written it because I know how difficult it is for you to believe God and Jesus are one the same. And I just wanted to see if you would react to this as quickly as you did? Surprise surprise. The dead has risen. I find you JW's quite amusing, like theirs so many bible references, to prove YHWH-God and Jesus are One the same. But of course you don't believe that' you believe more on the fact-that Jesus and God are two different people, and with all the bible reference that had been laid out before you, you still refuse to believe. Jesus asked us to preach the word of God-putting Jesus first, not the Watchtower and not Jehovah? The name of God is YHWH some say it's Yahwah, but of course the JW's call His name Jehovah, it really doesn't matter, what matters, do we Know who God really is, why do we believe-and who do we believe in. What makes this difficult, You don't seem to relate to any of the scriptures, I have provided, do you really believe God had raised Him from the dead? Did you know Jesus was given' all God's authority. Which means in Jesus's name we are saved, Not in His Fathers name YHWH, nor Jehovah. This is why Jesus repeats Himself by saying-those who believe in Me will be saved. Mark 9:38 "Teacher we saw someone draw out demons in your name. {Did you understand what John had said} he seen someone draw out demons in Jesus's name- He never said he drew out demons in Jehovah's name. {We already live in a world where even the atheist believe in God, or lets say a God} If people went about preaching another gospel-say the Watchtowers gospel-preaching only about Jehovah God, and not the Lord Himself-How difficult does this gospel sound. As I said everyone believes in a God, your God, their God, it really doesn't matter, its a God. It was Jesus the world had rejected. How about this one>John 17:20 "I do not ask on behalf of these alone, but for those who also believe in Me through their word, that they be all be one, even as you Father are one in Me, and I in you. May they also be in Us, so that the world may believe that you have sent Me. I like this one>this verse belongs to you. John 14:7 "If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also, from now on you know Him, and have seen Him, Philip said to Him Lord show us the Father, and it is enough for us, Jesus said to him have I been so long with you, and yet you have not come to know Me. He who has seen Me, has seen the Father, how can you say show us the Father? This story seems to be the same as your story-even Philip believed, their are two people. Ganoderma: |

Sometimes it seems we are standing on a cross road, and deep down-we are having trouble finding our way. Jesus said, the truth will set you free. Sometimes we can be in a confused state of mind. At first you start of good sucking up to them, the next few lines down, you have ambushed them' using the word of God as a tool' against them. In all unfairness, without knocking, having this sense of seriousness and modesty. I would say-Yes and No. As a program-their elders are trained to teach, but not the bible as we know it, and with their seriousness and modesty they are drawing millions into a kingdom, that God Himself couldn't enter in. A New World order is about to raise, and with the support of the true and faithful-servants with modesty. Millions of innocent people will burn for eternity. major466: |

When people quote John 1:1 to support the fallacy that Jesus is God, I often wonder what they think about the many references that Jesus made during his ministry testifying that God was superior to him. The voice that was heard after the Jesus baptism was pretty clear. "This is my Son, the beloved" Who exactly was God referring to here. Jesus himself referred to God countless times as "The Father" or "Father in the heavens" Even when nailed, he made referenced to God. He called out "Eli Eli Lama Sabachthani" meaning "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me" It sure really does not make sense looking up to God when you are that same God you are looking up to. Still yet during the agony of his death he still prayed "Father forgive them. For they know not what they do". Who was he praying to? Himself? And before he died he prayed yet again "Father into your hands I commit my spirit" In John 20:17, Jesus after his resurrection spoke to Mary and said "Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, 'I ascend to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.'" The Bible leaves no doubt as to the irrefutable distinction between God and Jesus. |

I expect you not to understand it, remember you do have a JW's bible, and that alone couldn't spell out the truth to you anyway. You would be receiving-the end of each sentence. No-wonder you can't understand pure English. Your making a mockery of yourself, everyone that believes in Christ, knows the seed. Of course Jesus referred God as His Father. Your like talking to a child. Read about the seed-think about this-Jesus said I and the Father are one. He said-if you see Me, you have seen the Father. Maybe I could spell it out for you like this-before I was born-my parents laid the seed-after 9 months, I was born, now I am one seed with my parents. Jesus is one seed with God the Father. He is one. Jesus never denied His Father-nor His Mother. "No-one has seen God at any time-because God is Spirit. He also says Flesh gives birth to flesh {Mary} And the Spirit gives birth to the Spirit {God} And how do we recognise the Spirit of God. Every Spirit that knows that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God. Ganoderma: |
