Well in response to ur question, Different skuls have different ways of going about mobilizing its PCMs hence they device different means of doing that while others will do nothing for now until when the TT is out as we all await directives from NYSC through the TT both PCMs and skuls alike.
In the light of the above from me, I advise that you kindly consult and lias with ur skul and colleagues to ascertain which category of operation exist and how you go about it if they have commenced anything because its only when ur skul sends ur name to NYSC that U would have access to registration as shall be dictated by th TT
