it is easier to blame the next person for your problems/failure. when kidnapping started in the south eastern part of the country(aba to be precise) the locals, chiefs and governor didn't look the other way. they simply said enough was enough and worked together to subdue those kidnap kingpins. Even though it was their sons, they didn't cover them on the basis of religion or politics!
