Pele mitchyy......my own spitting,no b here. I vomit once a day nd most times,its wen i'm hungry. I eat evry 3hrs, in small quantities,otherwise I start to throw up. Nd d food has to be swallow or rice,nothing else. I'm weak too. God dey. It's 4 a while. I pray it ends with this 1st trimester. Pele.

Thanks dear. My problem is the only thing entering this stomach now is peppersoup. If i dare put as small as a spoon of rice, noodles, yam or moin moin in my mouth, my stomach will immediately become gassy and i'll start rolling on the floor with pains. I tot i would be like my mom who has almost zero symptoms for all her pregnancies. I've not stepped out of my gate for more than two weeks now. It's all good sha. I pray its over soon

my dear i undertand how you are feeling,if someone told me that i would be drinking water like a frog and eating every available food i would have laugh at that person face.just have it in mind that it would pass.anyway the only thing that worked for me is that before any meal i would brush my teeth with a very minty paste like oral b or closeup it really worked for me,nothing else did. and please stay positive because depression would make you hate everybody around you oooo...

Thanks dear. It's hard to stay positive but i'll try my best. I tried that brushing of teeth, but it triggers my throwing up so i stopped brushing before every meal.

I had same first trimester symptom. Try eating water melon @ night, u will feel a lot better in d morn, then a little in d morn. It helps with d spitting too. All d best.

A big pele to all the mamas who MS is dealing with right now..... I never experienced MS & I pray I don't in all my missionary journeys.

I don cry tire Am in the 2nd Trimester and I still carry my Pringles container of Spit. For me, I make sure to brush and throw all up in the morning before breakfast, That way, it easier. When I remember it's all for my baby, I just smile Na part of the goody bag

Good evening beautiful people... My bs

My EDDs were Oct 28 and Nov 4th. My dh wanted her to come on the 5th cos it's his birthday. So when Oct 28th came and left I became more hopeful that she'll might come on the 5th. So, on the 4th I woke up early, took a long walk with my sister then in the afternoon I ate lots of pineapple plus very unripe Pawpaw. As soon as I started with the unripe Pawpaw, I started having mild contractions.... That was late in the evening. So I took another walk, danced to my favorite play list. The contractions continued and became more frequent.
Meanyl I was with my mum as my house is far from the hospital.
So I told her my waist and lower tummy was paining me. She said we shld head to the hospital, I refused. This was like 10pm. When she saw the way I was performing, we headed to the hospital at about past 11.
When we got there, I was checked and I was 3cm gone.
Boy! I was so glad... Cos I knew my Nov 5th delivery was coming true.

That was how I started o. The contractions kept coming, I was forming Badoo, breathing thru my mouth. I was secretly laughing at the two ladies I met there cos they were just screaming.... I was like these women are so lazy. Lol

My sisters... Na so the two of them went in one after another and gave birth, Chai!... At about 4am, the doctor came in and checked me ( did I mention that the examination was most dreadful, I kept screaming when they put their hand in). So the doctor said I was 8cm gone, I was not happy at all. Since fa!

So at about 9am, the real deal started, I screamed, cried, prayed, sang... Hmmm, I told them I wanted to poo, they said I must not o. So when they saw that I was serious they moved me in... Fixed some kind of drip and then told me to push at my next contraction... I tried like 3times... Na so so shit dey comot.

I tried about 3 or 4times(seriously, I can't remember) more and my beautiful girl came out weighing 3.1kg at past 10.

Then this is the part of the story where it all got messy

Thanks dear. It's hard to stay positive but i'll try my best. I tried that brushing of teeth, but it triggers my throwing up so i stopped brushing before every meal.

bitter kola reduces nausea and helps you not to spit. you must not chew the whole nut anyway. Just a bite of it will stop the spitting. If you can keep a little part of kola in your mouth always except when you eat,I tell you,you won't spit anylonger.

I have been spitting right from the day I missed my period up till now. I am 33weeks gone and still spitting. Thanks to bitter kola for helping me out. I have like a handful of it to last me till I give birth.

Btw, congratulations to everyone who has put to bed. May God shower his blessings on your family.
