This is not new. I grew up around the Airforce base area in Ikeja, close to the international airport in Lagos. Back in the 90s, on that airport road, you'll find people selling dogs, monkeys, baboons, birds etc and many foreigners patronize them. I don't know if it's still the same today, but try that road if you need anything weird in bad traffic.

I remember those days bro wit KK the dog trainer...it's not the same anymore. That road is super clean now with nice sidewalk right from toll gate to ikeja general hospital. The major dog seller has now moved close to the pwd gate side just by the fence.

My brother its not just in Lagos, it also happens in Imo state too. I was going to work yesterday and I saw two guy hawking dogs at wetheral round about (someone must know there in Nairaland). The dogs were beautiful though!
