To me this isn't hilarious but very poignant and painful. The same game plays out in every profit-oriented organisation on the surface of the Earth. I agree management shoulders the bulk of the responsibilities of these organisations still the huge gap in emoluments is really enviable.

Pictures of this sort only fuels my passion and desire to leave the Rat Race ASAP.

It's bad enough if one finds themselves in this kind of a situation. But it's worse when the employees don't take smart steps to give themselves a plan B or plan C.

The Rat Race is modernised slavery.
