Buhari might have said that yes but did he do it concurrently? did he order people to kill igbos or fellow Nigerians. did he solicit for weapons and ask people to kill someone in particular? 700 southerners died in his land, does that mean he killed them? what there evidence linking him to the killings?

Agbaje threatened to throw Igbo's into the lagoon yes! that's not justifiable but do you know what the Igbo's did to warrant that statement from him?, let's be rational in our judgements and not play victims when we really are the defaulters.
