u dont get it do u? Ths case is a lost one, u shld knw the story by now.

How is it a lost one when it has not even started? Nigerians and sentiments. The guy is still innocent until proven guilty. I don't know how old you're or your experience in law to know that the law enforcement agents in Nigeria are a real bunch of clowns who rather than finish their investigations with water tight facts beyond heading to the courts always choose to play on public/media sentiments which is unknown to the law. Take a chilled pill the till the legal fireworks start, you have a lot to learn.

Here is my judgement.

That you Raymond Dokpesi is guilty of the charges against you by FG. You are guilty of money laundering and therefore your assets fixed and current and forfeited. And also shall be sent to 15 years imprisonment.

Anything short of that is not proper.

My prayer for Nigeria is......

....that every administration that comes into power should continue to probe the previous administration. This will go a long way to curb the excesses of these politicians that have no pity for the masses.

My prayer for Nigerians is.......

....that we all not see these probings as political witch-hunting, but rather as a way to avenge the sufferings of the masses.

.

Yeah. This is Nigeria where the
Aw enforcement events file frivolous charges without substantive evidence against suspects and seeks for amendments in the course of trial thereby making a mockery of the case. Even the conviction of Bode George was later overturned by the superior court.

Oponu go and take over from the Judge then!! Dont be suprised when the trial proper starts the EFCC would have nothing to back up its case!! They have been busy conducting media trials for the last 2 weeks.

MrDavidson:
Media mogul Raymond Dokpesi has been formally arraigned at the Federal High Court in Abuja on a six-count charge which includes money laundering.

Dokpesi, the Chairman of DAAR Communications, owners of African Independent Television, AIT and Raypower, was earlier invited and arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja, over money disbursed by the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.

Shortly after he took his plea, Justice Gabriel Kolawole ordered that he be remanded in EFCC custody pending the hearing of his bail application by 12:30pm on Thursday.

The prosecution led by Mr. Rotimi Jacobs (SAN),‎ accused the defendants of receiving, N2.1bn from the office of the National Security Adviser between October 2014 and March 19, 2015 for the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential media campaign in breach of provisions of the Public Procurement Act, Money laundering Act and the EFCC Act.

Justice Kolawole has fixed trial for February 17, 18 and March 2 and 3.

Freez his account. Seize all his property. Recover our stolen funds. Put him behind bars forever. Make an example of him. Use thet money recovered to build homes and schools for the families of the victims of the Terrorists attack.

Sorry dear!! The new 30 Judges were not appointed for the trial of politicians!! You can even confirm the trial Judge is not amongst the newly appointed Judges.

FYI,the presidency does not chose those to be appointed Judges, that is the perogative of the NJC

Relax dude!! First thing first!! The EFCC would have to first prove he stole government money before any of the things you listed can be done!!
