seun my son, you have done well. this whole biafran furore has started stifling good and stimulating conversation on nairaland. i salute you for nipping the nonsense in the bud. now only people with brilliant ideas and conversation can thrive. hopefully the roaches disappear with this ban. its like when the light comes on all the roaches run away 4 Likes 1 Share |

Nonsense who do you think you are fooling? Why don't you ask the people calling Igbos name to stop it before? Yellowbad with their hate campaign. You better ban me now. I will never watch you eat my Yam and robbed oil in my mouth as if i am the one that eat. 1 Like |

I believe the time for the Ibos to move has come. If they don't feel the necessary support and love for Nigerians and vice versa, they should form their own country. I'd gladly welcome the idea. But it is imperative for me to point out a few facts. 1. Not all Nigerians hate Ibos, like me. 2. Not all Nigerians want the Ibos to go, but understand their decision. Reading Chimamanda's Half of a Yellow Sun and Chinua Achebe's There was a country opened my eyes to the sufferings of the Ibos that was never documented in the newspapers. Long live Biafra, Long live Nigeria. Btw, I'm a Yoruba boy from Ogun state. Onye m biafra. Agha Ajoka |

i think this is an oppurtunity for me to creat a site called "www.8iafraland.com". @seun this will cause more divition between igbo nairalanders and nigerians; this aint a good move. Seems you've collected the famous brown envelop from the fg. I notice the 8iafra have been banned shi nairaland na wao |

A very good decision by Seun. Seeing these biafran nonsense on this section is really horrid. You call Nigeria a zoo, fine, then why use a Zoo platform in making your biafra call? The Biafran agitators should go and create either Biafráland forum or igboforum. Its as simple as that. 3 Likes |

The move would have been better without the ban threat. Its an insult to the good igbo people,i am fully igbo but have tried to appeal to the conscience of my kinsmen in towing the path of peace. But now you have added salt to injury mr seun .Even Daesh uses Twitter ,tho its a bad group(not that i support them). The rule should be modified to banning anyone that uses Nairaland in propagating the division of Nigeria, that way you appear neutral ,not singling the Pro-Biafra agitators out.Taking a stance in such a sensitive manner clearly portrays you as Authoritarian ,Anti-Igbo and a supressor of freedom to say the least. |

Yoloba and their fear fear. Nairaland is a waste of time for me anyway. People are responsible for their posts as stated in your disclaimer yet you are dictating to them what to discuss and what not to discuss. If you keep surpressing people with opposing ideas and promoting yours only, soon this place will be yolobaland fyi, Biafra doesnt need nairaland to stand 1 Like |

abduljabbar4: they threatened a zoo, but did you know what they meant by zoo a zoo is a place where you have no rights a zoo is a place where the minister of education children don't study in Nigeria a zoo is a place that has millions of educated people but still fal for cheep gimmicks by politicians.. thats what they meant by zoo, oga, its was metaphorical.. Nigeria is a white man's project, there is nothing to be patriotic about it |

fairprince:Me too. I am an Igbo man from Delta state and although i have sympathy for the Biafran struggle, i have never been in support because i do not see it as the ultimate solution to our problem. But the vituperation and contempt of other tribes and this action by Seun has made me have a rethink. I'm never gonna be a fan of Kanu, but i will defend them here on nairaland. The battle line is drawn! 2 Likes |

Seun: Someone got a call from DSS and began to panic because he is a wimp and he quickly took further actions that may damage him and his forum. Seun , think with your brain and not with your behind. How many thousands of people are you ready to ban? I hope you wake up tomorrow with better common sense. There are issues that are bigger than you, this one is one of them.
