Development anywhere in that region should be nothing but a source of pride, but they are too combative, divided and divisive to support their own.

There was nothing wrong with that road to start with, he jumped head-first into the white elephant project of dualizing it without taking all the variables into consideration, you've snapped the urban end of the road for us, what happens when he gets to Njaba and other sections of that road with gullies and hostile terrain? "A double lane road becomes single, becomes double and then becomes single again? Or haven't you traveled the entire length of that road to see the ridiculous caricature being done on it? Do you think the was that road is disfigured the state would be able to get refund from FG?? The mess imo state is in is quite deep, where do you hail from?

Incase you missed it, the topic is "" Okorocha Turning Imo To A Haven For Tourist & A Modern Model City (Pics)". Thus, the pictures should highlight why it is a place tourist would like to visit. From the pictures you posted, everyone can deduce
1. The Orlu is not a haven for tourists because nothing shown here will interest anyone to visit.
2. The only place worth visiting in Imo State is the Road to the Government house as confirmed by comments on this thread.

Take Calabar, the Obudu cattle ranch is not in the capital or on the road to the government house yet people love to visit there. There is also a wonderful waterfall also not in the capital. Both places have been developed by the government and don't need advertising.
The thread is taking about tourism not development.

Why are most of this pictures all around Government house? He's only working in the Government house not in the cities of Imo. My village has been the same thick Bush I've always been coming home to every Christmas. No changes. Till my village is modernized to be like what l'm seeing above, Rochas hasn't done anything.

I still don't get you. No road is dualised all at once. Its gradual and takes time. The Njaba part of the road has been an erosion danger zone and has been gulping millions yearly for erosion checks but it does not mean the road should be left untouched.
