When a local government chairman of d state has 12 slots..nd whatever pple he decides 2 select av automatic admission nd frm what my mum told me..those who paid 4 d admission will be admitted @ d expense of other students who didn't pay..Thanks 4d compliment..she's reallly great,when I told her admission is closed 4d year..she said its those that close it that will open it.
