The enhanced pulse service is not active as it was stopped since last year. There is no such service active.

I am sorry you are having this issues, if you have games such as real football or Assassins Creed downloaded from Gameloft, that is the reason you are being billed from your line as once the data is active and they do charge for download and usage if set that way

Oga Jide, MTN asked me to re-reg my line last two months and I did. I was even given 500 naira bonus for registering only for my line to be deactivated few days ago. I went and registered again two days ago afte r spending a whole day on queue. Uptill now, my line has not been reactivated. My number is 07032801543

The line is now active. Please power off and on

The issue I have with mtn is getting really frustrating. I haven't been getting text messages for 3 weeks now. The only texts I get are from mtn and not from other numbers, especially mtn numbers.
I have called the customer care line over and over again. They have reset my line but there is no change. its still the same. I've also reset the message centre number as the customer care agent instructed me to. Texts from my bank also don't come in.
Kindly help check this out and fix. It would be greatly appreciated. The number is .

Hello Jide, why is MTN so fraudulent and so petty? Deducting unsuspecting persons money thu frivolous Service Messages that they never subscribed for, I jus called Mtn customer care and gave them a piece of my mind. They kept on deducting 50 naira on 4 different platforms i never subscribed for. this is jus pure fraud and MTN should stop this. let them not think we don't know there 419 gimmick. As a media person am doing everything possible to take this matter to NCC.

I complained on this music+ here some months ago and you helped in deactivating it. But now I have to pay for it again...

I really don't need the package. Is there a way to ban my sim from the package forever?
