@collinz restart your phone, it will finish the update after restarting the phone. The update installation didn't finish after the first restart. You don't need to re-download the update.

I restarted as soon as the download completed. BT I saw new app stupid apps installed.

when jumia brought the phone I updated it, then around 3am I updated again later in the morning I updated twice and this afternoon I updated again. I dey wait marshmallow b4 I root.

no I bought one of those advanced and it gave my phone supernatural problems.. Try to get sandisk and download SD info from googleplay store to check if the manufacturer is realy sandisk or its a counterfeit

first and second update no changes BT third update I saw konga, online shopping, lava something I dont know cus I uninstall it, file explorer/manager, device assistance and some others.

guys, I need solid help. the update of 637mb came to my phone yesterday and I successfully downloaded the update,i noticed that over 600mb was deducted from my phone memory, after restarting and installing of the update,after set and done,I woke up this morning only to see that same update on my phone and the 600mb that was deducted was replaced back

omo i know no wetin to believe again, on some places like their infinix mobility site, it says 2 gig ram but the actual selling sites like jumia, it says 1 gig, we need to have a law against false advertisement in this country, the sooner brands owners, companies and banks start getting prosecuted and made to pay serious fines maybe then will we have real adverts, nonsense
